NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! THEY ARE THE EQUIVALENT OF POPEYES. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I paid with a card and upon receiving my card back I was not handed/offered a receipt. Mind you this was my second time going to Dunkin Donuts and they do not give out receipts unless you ask apparently. I didn’t check the bag at the window and drove off. After pulling off I realized I was missing the hash browns and figured I’d call and it would be a simple fix no problem. I called MULTIPLE times and did NOT get an answer and they were not busy. I went to work and asked a coworker if she would go by and see if they’d give them to her since I had been up there no longer than 30 minutes prior. She returned to work and said they wouldn’t give them to her because she “didn’t have a receipt”. I was furious at this point because I tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone! Then when I went on my lunch break I returned to the Dunkin Donuts store and an employee came to the window and I began to explain what was wrong and she cut me off, walked away from me rolling her eyes, and I’m assuming spoke with the “manager” and the manager didn’t come to the window, turn around to look at me, or anything just shrugged her shoulders and the employee walked away from her and came back with a bag and said here you go and closed the window. When I looked in the bag before driving off, I was ENRAGED because they gave me soggy burnt beyond desire, hash browns that were OLD! As I stated earlier that was my second time going to Dunkin Donuts and it will most definitely be my last I will not recommend it to anyone else. I usually go to Starbucks and I was trying to try something different but I will not be spending anymore money at Dunkin Donuts in Lake City (even though it was a measly $7.99) because it is very apparent the environment there from management down to employees is unprofessional both in appearance and customer relations, lacking BASIC customer service skills such as their job duties, and downright utterly and...

First, it took quite a few minutes to get someone to wait on us at the ice cream counter....One table of customers already here and a man with his Laptop working at the stand alone high table, not sure if he worked here or was doing business.
Then what bothered me is the girl telling us that they don't have chocolate dipped waffle cones because the chocolate melts......REALLY, no kidding. Just be honest you don't have any. So it is posted right above waffle cones, then chocolate dipped waffle cones, then fancy waffle cones.
But hey they don't have chocolate dipped cones because the chocolate melts.
I wonder if they realize ice cream melts and might stop having that.

We went there just for the ice cream so don't know about the donuts. I was really surprised by the lack of options for the ice cream flavors. The one milkshake cost more than the three other orders together. Over priced and not all that worth that price. When we were there, there was a couple in the sitting area where it looked more like some chairs, maybe a couch but no table I could see. These people were spread out and hanging out. Next thing I know they are emptying trash and doing some work. So I thought they were employees. No outfits though. So as I watched, they seemed to just hang out, go in the employee areas but friends of the employees not actual workers. I just was a turn off to see them going in and out of employee areas, handling trash then going behind the counter touching stuff after seeing them handle the trash but without washing their hands. If they were employees maybe they weren't on the clock but still handling the trash then walking back where the found is being handled and hands unwashed. It just seemed like the employees there were not impressive. They didn't seem to care to be there. Maybe it will get better, we'll see. We were not...
Read moreI have went back and forth about this and now I have just had enough! I worked for a Dunkin for 4 yrs where I lived previously, So I am familiar with how things SHOULD go!! This location is ALWAYS out of something if its not donuts its coffee flavors, or something else is being discontinued!! WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON HERE??!!! Why is this location ALWAYS out of things? Why are they not ordering enough donuts to keep up with their volume? Why are they not ordering the proper amount of items needed for their facility?? AND THIS IS ALL BEFORE RONA! This has been a thing for years, I dont understand why this location is so withered! Today I did a mobile app order for 3 donuts and an Iceed coffee, I originally choose 2 boston cream and a strawberry frosted. They didnt have any boston's and never put the strawberry frosted in the bag, I sent my co-worker to get the order and they didnt check it before they left which is fine. I'm not worried about a dollar donut! I'm just so annoyed that this place always has something out of stock or they never got the mobile app order or they dont care to make sure someone's order is complete before they send it out the window or across the counter etc etc etc.... I'd like a call from the district manager and maybe they can help me understand why this place is always out of things that they should have plenty of donuts, their donuts should be in the rolling racks COVERED so they are'nt hard as rocks come the evening time, if boston creams are a popular donut you should have a good amount of them so if you only ordering 1 tray order 2 if that isnt enough on the next donut order make it 3, like this is not hard math to figure out! Your goal is to keep customers coming back in not keep driving them away!!! AND PLEASE pay attention to your cameras and watch how your employees are treating customers, IF SOMEONE SAYS THANK YOU REPLY BACK WITH YOU'RE WELCOME... RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY...
