Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lake City

This is BY FAR the BEST Jersey Mike's I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot all over Florida. This team they have working is so on the ball. Hannah and Anthony did such a great job at making my three subs, they knew exactly how I wanted it, and I was so impressed, I had to tell them while I was there, I have never seen anyone at a Jersey Mikes move so fast, and so carefully and do such a perfect sub. They were friendly even as I went in the front door. They washed their hands, sanitized, put on fresh gloves, the whole deal. I have never seen any place so clean in all my life. I was impressed!! When I started to explain how I would need the toppings on the side, they said "Mikes way in a box" and went to work in such a quick efficient manner. If I had lived in Lake City, I would have hired them on the SPOT to work at my own business. I don't know who is your manager there, but WOW. This team is A PLUS. I wish there were more Hannah's and Anthony's out there. I am totally IMPRESSED!!! :) ...

Had batter subs in a college cafeteria, subs that are way overpriced, had better at publix and the prices keep climbing! VERY BAD IDEA TO REMOVE DAILY VALUE MEAL DEALS...!!!.!. Subway has 2.99$ specials, publix 5$ foot long specials once a week. Driving prices up to try and make a dollar is not the answer: if you need to charge 8-12$ bucks a regular sub do us all a favor and close your overpriced stores in Lake City and Gainesville. I would be concerned as a chain and a company. This will be my last meal with your place, bring bag the value meals, adjust your prices or just close your doors and head home:

Customer service lacking also, so why pay a premium to eat a sandwich in a cramped spot.

I’ve always ordered on the app and never had an issue but decided to stop for lunch and order over the counter. I always order a turkey with provolone but they were out of turkey. I told the employee I wanted a turkey with provolone but sub the chicken. She told me that she understood what I was saying after I’ve told her three times already. She took my order down for a chicken Philly and I got a chicken Philly which was not what I asked for. She told me there was an up charge even though the prices for the sandwiches were the same! I don’t understand how they just couldn’t put the shredded chicken onto the bread and added the cold toppings which was what I wanted.
