My residence is 2 miles down the street. This has consistently been one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to over the years. But they are not as bad as the McDonald’s 3 miles down the street at the corner of Forest Parkway and Old Dixie. Today I placed a Mobil order for a bottle of water 💦. Came in to use the restroom. Then pickup order. Total time from order to pickup, 10 minutes. Waited 7 more minutes at counter. (17 minutes). Then found out from others around me they had been waiting for their orders for more than 10 minutes before I arrived. The QUE screen showed my order# 1658 still pending when I left. Total time 17 minutes and I walked out WITHOUT the water bc that’s way too long! On a side note, there have been some awesome staff members here over the years, but they always leave and it doesn’t matter bc one All Star Team member can not carry a team to customer service victory.

I placed on order around 3 pm today via doordash. Once my food arrived and I opened the bag, I noticed my caramel sundae was missing. I continued to check my food. I come to the apple 🍎 pie, and it feels like that apple pie has been sitting that since this morning. If I had a car, I would have returned back for a replacement, but since I don't, I'm going to write my review. This has not been my first doordash issue with this store, and I'm just fed up now. This is not how you do business. Why give someone an old apple pie and don't include their ice cream( I wasn't even informed that i wouldn't be getting one) that I paid for smh? This store needs to do better. I have pictures for proof.

Worst customer service ever!!! When it clearly has the S for SMALL and then instead of fixing the issue they had the audacity to just close the window when the issue could have been resolved so easily by changing the size I know all sizes are a dollar but thats why I asked for a medium. Employees were extremely rude for sure, do NOT recommend 100%

After sitting at the second window waiting to get my two coffees and mcchicken while the employees were on their phone happily they handed me my drinks clearly you can see they are small, I let the employees know but they were adamant that they were medium seriously?? When it clearly has the S for SMALL and then instead of fixing the issue they had the audacity to just close the window when the issue could have been resolved so easily by changing the size I know all sizes are a dollar but thats why I asked for a medium. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED Tuesday, August 20th at 10:40pm, I pull up to the restaurant and park to go inside. I see a young lady employee standing by the door on the inside on her phone. She looks up and stares at me, then goes back to doing whatever on her phone. I think nothing of it. I walk up to the door and pull, it’s locked. I try again and the young lady pays me no mind. So then I ask through the glass “Are you guys closed?” To which she responses “Yes. We’re closed.” “Just the dining room?” “Yes.” “Okay. Thank you.” Doesn’t even look up from her phone. I go back to my car and I head to the drive thru, (I heard someone earlier ordering) and was rudely greeted with a swift “Thank you for choosing McDonald’s. We are closed and are no longer taking orders.” It felt as though I barely could finish pulling my window down before the gentleman over the speaker abruptly dismissed me.

Now, if I arrived 5 mins or less before close and was trying to order, I would feel less appalled at the treatment I was given. However, from the times posted on the door AND online, this location should have been open, if not the dining room, at least in the drive thru. I am utterly disgusted and completely disappointed at the unwarranted disrespectful customer service I received at this location. If I could give them 0 stars on what I had experienced tonight, I would. I understand that things happen that we cannot necessarily control (maybe they were short staffed that shift. Maybe there was a production issue with the food. Who knows.). However, I do not believe that the unwarranted treatment of that I received is not the way to communicate shortcomings (if there were any) to customers. I’m deeply saddened at the decline in customer service quality that I have seen compared to previous visits, and unfortunately I do not think I will be returning...

I come to this location ONLY when I want to get a small order because the drive-thru wait is absolutely ridiculous. So tonight, I simply asked for a small cup of water and 2 McChickens, which should have been a total of $2.16 ( AS ALWAYS). I get to the window and the lady asks “if I ordered 2 mcChickens and a sweet tea” and I tell her no and what my actual order was. So she gives me a small water and the 2 McChickens yet STILL proceeds to charge my debit card for the sweet tea, which was a dollar more. I politely tell her that my card was wrongfully charged and she then gets the manager who was beyond rude. She tells me “her and her staff heard me order a LARGE cup of water and 2 McChickens so that’s why I was charged $3.24”. I tell her that not only did I just I correct her worker about my order when I arrived at the window, but that she also GAVE me a small cup of water so why charge me for something you didn’t even give me? Long story short it was a small argument and she ended up refunding me my money for the large cup of water. The manager addressed me very aggressively about the situation and was extremely rude. This is the worst McDonald’s to go to, especially if you’re in a rush.. very slow service and terrible customer service. My overall point is, regardless of what YOU THINK you heard me ask for over the speaker, I was still given a small cup of water, (which is free & what I asked for) and charged for something else- so why exactly am I wrong for wanting my money back???? The only reason I'm giving this a 3 is because the cashier was nice. I took my granddaughter and her friend here to get lunch. I spent $25 . I asked the girl was everything in the bag and she said yes I asked my granddaughter to check but she was only checking for her and her friend. I had a 2 for 3. A double cheeseburger and a 6 count nugget which was left out. I called twice but no one answered so I went back. I went in to let them know but I had to stand there and waite because the manager was busy fussing about everything the workers looked like they were scared to even approach me. One young man came and gave him my receipt and told him. He let the manager know and she's fussing this was 26 minutes ago do you have your bag? And I let her know that I had taken the kids back home and that's where I found out mine was missing.shes gonna stand back there fussing that I'm not telling the truth that she bagged that food and it was all there she said 2 bags. I said no mam it was 1 bag and that wasn't in there. If I was going to lie it wouldn't have been for the $3. But I don't appreciate her saying over and over that I had everything. She was very rude I told those workers I'm sorry y'all have to work for her because she is mean. I would not work for her she needs better training. Those workers looked...
