Los Jilberto's Taco Shop Elsinore — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Didn't get to taste the food because they forgot to put our order in. We were just sitting there for a long long time and after seeing three other people eat before us, we finally realized it. Normally I would have just said that is fine and I would have waited for my food. But in the time we set there they were so rude and obnoxious and talking loudly in Spanish about personal things in front of all of the customers it's was pretty surprising. And then it was really disgusting when the girl came and swept very briskly all around our tables very near to us (While I was still wondering where my food was) They continued to talk in Spanish about me even while they were looking at me as I was waiting for my money to be refunded. I will never ever go there again. The level of rudeness and absolute cluelessness...

Can't believe what I just received for $25. In addition to the rest of my order, I ordered 2 orders of rolled tacos.. no guacamole on one and almost none on the other and almost no cheese.. basically lettuce on rolled tacos for 8 bucks an order.. flavorless, gross. I also ordered extra guacamole, it's half full and gross looking, has no flavor, strangely thin. They obviously cut it with something. In another review the owner responded that they make it fresh every day. See the picture I uploaded and judge for yourself.

I can't believe they sell this. Their carne asada is some kind of boiled hamburger meatish kind of stuff, not grilled meat.. gross!! I bit down on something in the carne asada.. in serious pain. It's been 4 days of pain and the tooth has now cracked in half....

Bean and cheese burritos are good. The fish burritos are good. The salsa bar excellent. The carne asada. Well it just plain sucks. Grissel and tough. The California burrito was also terrible. I recommend everything here except the beef food options.

Update. I was in here about once a week. An occasional bad experience can happen. But consistent poor service isn't acceptable. Bean and cheese burrito is the topic. I had to wait 5 minutes while the gal who would take my order was finishing playing grab ass with the cook. The beans were so watery the burrito fell apart. I ask for a new one. Same thing. I got attitude from the hostess and a cook who didn't know how to make refried beans. I haven't returned. 4 stars to 2 stars because of a cook and a hostess who can't do the...
