First off, I don’t go to mc Donald’s because I love it. I go because my kids want it. It is right off the freeway and it’s pretty fast for the most part. So basically the convenience. Let me tell you, I am a guest service manager and I know this place does not exemplify guest service at all whatsoever. I went there tonight and ordered a grand Mac meal for my son. I waited 7 minutes for the burger and the whole time the manager was holding a bag with fries in them. They gave me my sons food and I asked for fresh fries. They said it would take 3 minutes. So I waited, and waited and waited. For thirty minutes. You may ask why I waited. Well my son had already ate the burger, and drank his soda and at this point I just wanted to observe. They went through 5 fresh five baskets. Talked on their cell phones. Even looked out at my car a couple times. My car is very noticeable and bright and not to mention my headlights were on. So obviously if someone is sitting in front of your store with a car running and headlight you think they would need something. Well I finally went inside. I asked for my money back. She gave me two dollars. And some change. I said no I want the full money back. She said I’m not going to give you your money back. You ate the food. I said you realize I waited 30 minutes for fries. Of course we ate the food. We thought we were getting fries. At this point. I would have been happy with voucher to come back or something and just give it to my son. But no. She said I’m done talking to you. I’m not dealing with you. Your done. So of course she gave me an attitude and I gave one back. It wasn’t right for me, but really I have a lot of patience but when I see people in the guest service field that do not provide guest service and are just flat out rude. It irritates me, really bad. And they wonder why everyone complains about how food service workers don’t deserve $15 / hour. Well with an attitude like hers, she give Guest Service employees a bad name. I’m not going to to go on about how you can’t make a career out of mc Donald’s. Because you can. But if this girl wants to make a career out of it, she needs to get her act together. Read moreI waited 5 mins in the front for someone to take my order. Manager in charge saw me waiting, and didn't acknowledge my existence. I don't leave bad reviews unless their due for one. I'll give this shift a negative star. It's Saturday 8/17 , 7:17pm, after a long visit at the ER, my boy wanted to stop by here to eat, but unfortunately this is the treatment we received. An employee walked by and I explained to her that we have been waiting and her response " well I'm busy taking orders out" . The management should look into this shift, this wasn't the first time. What I also witness was a Uber eat driver asked for an order and Alexis gave to him with an attitude, mo thank you, no take care , just handed the old gentleman the brown bag. Very disappointing. Not happy at all.
Today is 4/30/2025 . Time of this review is 10:08 pm. After waiting 15 mins in the drive-thru. This place yet again, deserves zero stars of I could. PATHETIC.
When I ordered, I clearly said please make the fries fresh, because they're usually cold. After 15 mins in line at this time of the night, I checked my food and the fries yet again, cold and nasty looking
So I went inside with fries in my hand. Marlene the manager in charge was chatting/telling an employee to do something. Then when she was done, she just walked passed me.
I said excuse me, you see fries in my hand, obviously something is wrong. Her response..."I was talking to him". She brought my fries without apologizing, handed to me without putting them in a bag handed to me with a cold attitude
This store is just sad to visit, they're service is still the same. Where is the general manager in charge??? Who is running this show?? When will you talk to your managers and teach them customer service???
This message is directly for Marlene. At this time of the night, I waited 15 mins in drive-thru, cold fries and poor attitude. You deserve an F, politely.
