Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Lake Elsinore

Absolutely amazing experience! I am so sorry I cannot remember the managers name, but I called in advance about their Famous Enchirito... they took it off the menu, and even the secret menu! When I called and talked to the manager (I want to say her name started with a C (maybe))... she specially made me 2 when I came through the drive through! She is absolutely amazing, so professional and courteous when I called and again when I was in the drive through (during the busy hours) Thank you so much Manager "C" I am so sorry I am bad with names, you deserve a raise or a bonus!! 100%...

I have lived near here over 2 years and have come here maybe 4 times. Every single time I come the line is out to the street and it takes FOREVER. They have combined it with a KFC. I'm not sure if they have trouble making orders off both menus or what the deal is. But the drive through line has made me want to start honking in the middle of the line, due to aggravation. I looked at the clock when I got here and pulling out now took a total of 17 minutes to secure the bag for one...
