We have had hit or miss experiences with this location over the last year but tonight was the absolute worst. I placed an order ahead of time but when we went to pick it up (after our given pick up time even due to traffic) they had not started the order, they were telling walk ins that it would be 3+ hours to get a pizza while also telling others a shorter time but then never completing the order. When we inquired how long our order would be; they wouldn’t give an answer just said they could make it tomorrow for pick up almost insinuating they will not be making it today period. When we (and others before us) inquired about cancelling they were telling us all we have to come back tomorrow for refunds and that they cannot cancel the order. A couple of people had already been waiting quite some time with no progress as well. When mentioning they should probably temporarily turn off their order ahead online they responded “well we aren’t answering the phone anymore”. They were very disorganized, appeared to have multiple people up front working but also maybe understaffed with the absolute chaos occurring. I had hungry kids and asked if they could speed that up. They said no. I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The workers said they could not issue a refund as a manager was not in the store. I called the store a few days later requesting a refund and was told I had to come in person to be issued a refund. Today I arrived at the store and Michael initially declined my request for a refund saying 18 days was too long to request a refund. He cited an example of buying a car then asking to return it two weeks later. I clarified that is a terrible analogy as never received anything I paid for. I asked to see their return policy and was responded to with attitude and snappiness. Michael finally issued the refund except it was for only part of the order. I got there early and was waiting when an employee told me that they ran out of dough for larges and it would be a longer wait. I came back at 4:30 and there's about 8 people waiting. I have a seat and wait. As the line dwindles then extends again I wait patiently. They call my name to see if I am here and I stand up and acknowledge them. As people come in they will make their order but skip over mine. I understand that the employees are getting frustrated with the unhappy customers sharing their anger and I feel for them but it's now 5:33 and I still haven't received my pizza. The employees attitudes are getting hard to deal with as well. We just want our orders. It's not our fault the shift before didn't prep. for the evening rush and MNF crowd.
