Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lake in the Hills

I went in to pick up a pizza. There were 3 workers at the front. I young man sitting on a stool on his phone. I young woman in street clothes behind the counter on her phone eating ice cream. I young man taking customers. My son worked there for a short while. He was terminated for being on his phone. While I acknowledge this was wrong, why was the other young man and woman not terminated? When confronting the “manager” Tony I was told they were not fired because they were full time. The things my son said they do there is DISGUSTING. DO NOT EAT THERE. They drop food on the floor and pick it up and reuse. They make pizza without washing hands with no gloves. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni and a regular cheese pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes. I wish I checked the thin crust pizza before I left because it wasn’t cooked all the way and wasn’t edible. Both pizzas were cold. It was disgusting. Listen, I don’t expect much from Little Caesars. I was craving a pizza and didn’t want an hour wait. At the very least I expect the pizza to be warm, not even HOT, warm.
