We ordered $48 in smoothies on 3/28 and me being from out of town, used the wrong location on Randall. Totally my mistake. I called the store I actually put it in when I realize it, and ask them if I can get it refunded in time and just put in a new order at the location that we were actually right next door to, and the gal on the phone who was actually super sweet said that they could either refrigerate them or we could get it refunded if we really needed to. We were 20 mins from that store so it would’ve been annoying to drive to pick them up considering we were right next door to the one but it was totally my mistake and would’ve sucked it up and made the drive. The girl on the phone who was super empathetic and reassured me it was no big deal, said we would just be refunded and we went ahead and made the new order at the correct location. It is now May 2nd. I’ve called once a week requesting assistance with the refund and it was always someone pretty pleasant taking the message for the owner but she literally never returned my calls or tried to at least communicate with me over emails. If it would’ve been communicated to me that hey, sorry we can’t refund them we would’ve made the drive. I wouldn’t care if it was a smoothie or two but it was $48 and just feel like I was completely dismissed as she refuses to speak to me or honor the refund we were told...
Read moreHad 3 coupons that they told me they would honor all 3. one of them was my birthday coupon. I got the tropical carmelized pineapple smoothie and they refused to honor the other 2 coupons. For some reason, so I left all upset. my smoothie tasted. Horrible. I went back because the shift manager Brynn told me that she would remake it for me and I went back and she refused to remake it. So now I wasted my birthday coupon and my other 2 coupons are gonna go to waste now too, because they refuse to honor them. Weather or not I remain a tropical smoothie customer at all, including this location remains to be determined but probably not. used to be A somewhat regular customer, sadly that probably will not continue, if the issues are properly fixed, maybe, but both are unlikely/probably nor gonna happen.

Read moreEDIT (3/29/22): although the service is still excellent.. it seems like they’re changing their recipe.. like it’s more watered down/more ice added rather than flavors. Maybe they added yogurt to smoothies that originally didn’t have yogurt. Either way, the flavor of my go-to smoothie is not the same - there’s just less of the flavor while being creamier/watered down. So that’s disappointing. And that’s why I lowered from 5 to 3.
Very friendly service and staff in store and in drive thru. Never have been disappointed (even at other locations), but this one has been excellent. Joe is great and super nice! Thanks for the delicious smoothies TSC! Oh, and the edible lime and strawberry straws are a must! Drive thru can get long but if you order inside you will literally only wait like...
