I am a regular at Morettis. I come for the soup and salad. The Minestrone soup is beyond delicious and I get it with the Apple Walnut salad and mix it with romaine. Literally this combo is mouthwatering to me. I love the Bruschetta!!! So dang good. I also love the pasta and meatballs. The problem is it is very expensive. They do run a $10.99 special for it on Thursdays, which includes a soup so that is much more doable. For a box of pasta that costs $1 and feeds my family of 4 I think the pricing on pasta everywhere should be much cheaper. I love my servers that we have on a regular basis. Ashley (there are two - so the greek one is how I know to describe her) Ronnie are both consistently amazing. I give this restaurant a 4 only because 1 - Prices are kind of high 2 - Managers never visit tables, which is something every restaurant manager should do to assure things are going well. With the way restaurant business has been in this area and restaurants closing down left and right, managers need to make sure guests are satisfied. You can quickly solve a problem just be asking, where a guest may not tell the server. I know this from a customer and server experience that I loved when my managers visited my tables because they could make things right before they walked out. Managers should touch every single table. 3 - We have issues with the pizza many times where crust is super thin and burnt. They even remade for us and came out the same way, so we ending up not eating or paying for it. We have ordered pizza on several occasions that didn't come correctly. So that all said they do have an extensive menu with amazing food and amazing service, when you get the right server. I can't speak for the other servers because I always request these...

Hadn't been in this place in years so thought we'd give it a try. We didn't realize Tuesday is half-price pizza day so we were surprised that it was super busy but that's OK. We were greeted and seated promptly, and our server, Dylan L. greeted us soon after. While checking the menu we ordered martinis and two waters. When Dylan returned with those we ordered two items from the March specials menu: my wife opted for the corned beef and cabbage and I asked for the corned beef sandwich. The drinks were so-so at best (but we've had worse); this is only the second restaurant in my recollection where the water had an odd after-taste. After about half an hour of waiting we inquired about our meals and were told there'd been some snafu/delay in the kitchen but they'd be out shortly. Soon after a young woman brought the plates and quickly departed; once I got a good look at my wife's entree I could see why. The corned beef was a shade of gray-brown we've never seen before; it was as unappetizing as you could possibly imagine. My wife tried a small taste and found it inedible. I called Dylan over and asked him to bring me a check for the drinks and we'd leave. He offered to get us something else but by that time we'd had enough. The fact that the kitchen would send this disgusting mess out and put it in front of a customer is appalling and suggests a complete lack of supervision and quality control in preparation of the food. We won't be returning, to this or any other...

What a disappointment, there should be an option for zero stars. We've been loyal customers for years and have noticed the quality declining recently but after this last experience never again. For starters the salad I ordered was missing over half the ingredients, why list them if you aren't going to include them? I basically got lettuce, tomato and croutons for $12, cool. For another $12 we got the cheesy pull apart sourdough garlic bread. It arrived a cold, sad loaf with a blob of hard cheese in the center and a tub of butter on the side. Weird because it doesn't normally come like this, but we went ahead and assembled it and reheated it only to discover it was missing a key flavor, garlic! That brings us to the pizzas. We ordered fresh garlic as a topping and paid extra only for them to arrive with garlic powder sprinkled on top. If we wanted to ruin our pizzas with garlic powder we would have done it ourselves for free. Are they out of garlic or something? How does an Italian restaurant not have any garlic. Finally, the delivery charge is now $7 and yet our order was out on the road for nearly 40 minutes so that it arrived a perfectly soggy and luke warm mess. It's not even worth calling for a credit because we will never ever be ordering from this Moretti's again. What a shame, they used to be our favorite...

The atmosphere at Morreti's is nice. It was completely empty when we went to eat, which felt a bit strange considering the space can accommodate over 300 diners. That said, the open floor plan is lovely—though I imagine it could get quite loud when full. The wooden tables added a nice touch, but unfortunately, the silverware preset on the tables was dirty. The service was lovely and flexible, and the food was generally very good. I had a steak, which came with a nice char and a spoonful of butter on top. The sides were well-seasoned. While ordered rare it ended up being medium. Still, it was tender and enjoyable. A friend ordered the deep-dish Margherita pizza, which arrived without any sauce. The crust was overbaked and slightly burnt, though the tomatoes on top were well-seasoned. She still enjoyed it despite all these problems We also tried the French onion soup. It was topped with what tasted like Parmesan cheese, but it felt more like a bowl of onions than actual soup. The cup was tiny and cost $7—a bit steep for what little was served. The onions and bread took up most of the bowl, to the point where it could have been eaten with a fork and left nothing behind.

Tried several dishes here as you can see. All the portions were appropriate for the price and the food was fresh (considering it is the middle of winter and half fresh ingredients need to be imported to the state) Calamari was fresh and cooked well, not chewy Bruschetta was good, basil fresh and good quality mozzarella. Had Tiramisu which tasted great and authentic with the soaked lady fingers. Many reviews state issues with servers/time it takes to get meals. I noticed my server had about 6 tables scattered at different locations of the very big restaurant. The business could look into having sections the servers are responsible for instead of making one server run around from end to end, which ultimately wears out the worker and it isn't effective for the costumer, the workers were moving non stop, and were constantly checking up on tables. Perhaps an option where you can have a sign or something to flip on your table to indicate you require service/bill. Over all great quality food, would recommend to go earlier because of issues stated above.

For the first time at any Moretti’s, we had an atypical bad experience. On a quiet Friday night we sat at the bar for a couple drinks and a bite to eat. Our service from the bartender, Kyle (?), was terrible. It was almost like he was *trying* to ignore us and other customers at the bar. Finally got a beer then had to get his attention again to place a food order. When the sandwich & a wrap finally arrived, they were not good. It was quite obvious that they had sat around awhile until a food runner finally brought it out. Bad food, dreadful service.
