I am changing my 3 star review from a year ago to 5 stars. I am here for work, on my second, and last, week now (last yr 2 weeks as well). The staff had changed. Service is so much better (I was being generous with my 3 star review, which I only gave for a couple of good employees that helped me a lot, otherwise if it weren't for them it would have been 1).
It's definitely A LOT different now. EVERYONE seems so nice. They don't ignore u when you're standing right in front of them at the counter. And they ALWAYS make my mobile order asap.
Another thing that stood out to me, one day they had the lobby closed, but a sign that said they were open for mobile walk in orders. I've gone to other dunkins where they had the lobby locked but walk in ordering turned ON. And a sign that says go to drive thru.. I've had to basically beat on the door to get my coffee, which I basically have had to beg for them to give me my one coffee, the only thing I order.. I order walk in for a reason, I don't have time for the drive thru before work, and with the lobby closed, the drive thru line is twice as long. Not everyone has a car either, definitely not a good look for the stores that do that. Just turn off your walk in ordering if u don't want to allow people to grab their orders, that simple.
So seeing that this location still allowed walk in pickup when they closed their lobby, thats one thing that's a big deal for me, so thank you for doing it the right way!! It only makes too much sense to do when the store still has walk in ordering turned on, right?!!
It was a nice surprise how much this location has changed. I was almost expecting it was going to be terrible, that I'd have to go to a different location everyday...I didn't want to go thru all the unnecessary issues again. So thank you all for doing it ALL the right way, and for your kind service!!
*look at the guys review from one yr ago the picture of all the coffee grounds in the cup. That's what I was getting, among rude employees that ignore and would make all other drive up/walk in orders before making my mobile order. I am a bit shocked by the recent bad reviews tho. Some are bs, your donuts are messed up because they are freshly frosted, what do u think would happen if the top of the box touches the freshly iced donut. I bet u put your bag of food, or coffees on top of the box too. You really have to have a little weight for the box to touch that heavily (and it's centered, u definitely put something on the box!) I worked for 3 dunkins, come on now, I know the deal. One thing that will never change is that everyone will give honest, relevant reviews. People give 1 star because there's no baskin Robbins also. Believe me when I say drastically changed from one yr ago. They don't deserve bs, irrelevant...
Read moreHorrible horrible horrible horrible! The attitude of the staff there is atrocious. Ordered two scoops of ice cream in a cup to go got the ice cream home and got two random flavors I didn't order that's not a big deal but it's wrong so I called. I had to call 4 times in a row until someone answered. When the young lady answered there was no hello Dunkin Donuts it was "yeah". So I shrugged that off and proceeded to tell her my problem her response was" let me get this straight you got ice cream to go and by the time you got home it was melted?" This is when I hear everyone laugh in the background. I said to her" no that's not the problem it's the wrong kind of ice cream". So then she proceeded to tell me I had to bring back the old ice cream which she do not believe I would do because she repeated herself three times telling me I had to bring back the old ice cream and they would replace it with new correct ice cream. Which I said okay 4 times as well and then she hung up on me. I called back and asked if we were disconnected and with a short aggressive attitude responded by saying" I don't know" at this point I ask for manager which was not there I ask for her name when she refused to give to me. She said to me" you have no reason to have my name" and " I don't want you to have my name what you going to do with it anyway". Finally a girl got on the phone named Tiffany that was polite and professional to a point and gave me the girl's name as Erica. Then Tiffany explained to me that the manager will be there at 5 a.m. I can call back at 5 a.m. This is a very simple issue but I wasn't mad when I called I thought I would just go up there they would replace it. But because of the attitude of that staff I'm going to make sure this is bigger than what it needed to be. I explain to Erica ( if that's her name), that I'm asking for her name so I can make a formal complaint to her manager about her. That's why when you're rude people ask for your name. We go to Dunkin Donuts all the time it is my husband's favorite place for breakfast sandwiches and this one is gone down so fast so bad it's just a horrible experience every time I go something's always wrong the drinks are awful the food is stale and now you get attitude fron the people that work there. I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow I don't care...
Read moreHere we go again. I gave this Dunkin a try again but they always disappoint. It's right down the street from my job but I usually drive to another location that's out of my way to avoid this one. This time I ordered ahead because I don't want to deal with any of the employees at all. They always have an attitude like they couldn't care less about who they are serving. Terrible customer service and employees who simply don't care. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. This time, when I went to the mobile order counter my bag was there but my drink was not. My drink was sitting off to the side on top of a ticket that no one can read BECAUSE THE DRINK IS SITTING ON TOP OF IT. Why wouldn't you put the drink beside the bag of food? I try not to jump to conclusions and give them the opportunity to put the drink where it belongs, beside the bag of food ordered with it in the mobile pick up area. Well, I wait patiently for a few minutes thinking someone would acknowledge me and how rude it would be for me to just start grabbing drinks that aren't mine. But instead of acknowledging me, the manager starts in on an employee about an order that was picked up earlier. The manager should have taken the employee into the back to chastise her, not do it right in front of customers waiting for their orders. Instead, neither of them acknowledges me or anyone standing there. Seven minutes later, once I conclude that I'm being ignored, I move the drink on the ticket to read the name beneath and see if it is mine. Then the manager magically acknowledges me and asks me my name. I tell her, take my drink from the counter, grab my bag of food from the mobile pick up area, and leave. Don't pretend to see me now that I start grabbing things when I've been standing here watching you have a pointless conversation with an employee that couldn't care less about what you're saying, regarding an order that isn't even there anymore. You have customers standing in front of you. Unprofessional...
