I always have a issue with the times they close at night time for the longest time the times on line where different then the times they actually closed I came out tonight after a long night with work it was 11:55 some where in that ball park but I was not aware that they closed at 12:00 so I was at the drive through and no one answered the screen so I was concerned so I drove up to the window and there was a girl crouched down in front of the window just talking to another coworker when I pulled up to the window she got up and walked away couldn’t even tell me that they closed or what was going on not even 12:00 o’clock yet either so I beeped the horn and the other girl she was speaking to came over to the window and proceeds to tell me they was closed and it was only 11:58 and then I started saying I was here around 11:55 and she told me that it wasn’t true so I proceeded to say I was here and now your refusing to serve me and then locks the window with a bar and walks away I really feel this whole situation was unprofessional from the beginning the girl was already at the window crouched down so she could have at least told me they was closed or that they are sorry for the inconvenience but instead just walks away not very good customer service I really think a manager should watch the video footage on 11/12/24-11/13/24 between...

Otherwise, it would be like bragging at you about my fabulous vacation; but neglecting to include any mention of the geographical location that I visited!
Despite what some people might think about fast food; I can tell you that my team is one of the greatest teams in the area. We are consistently number one, if not number to within a 50-mile radius. I know because there's an anxiety inducing scoreboard, just for us!
We pride ourselves on our order accuracy, our speed of service; and of course my job - Cleanliness of the entire restaurant itself.

I said please just refund me my money because I didn’t have time to wait, manager came to the window and said pull up it will take two seconds. No just refund me my money so I can go. Manager said no I’m not giving you your money back just pull up, two seconds. I said well since you refused to give me my money back I’ll sit here for two seconds. I’m trying to figure out how you would tell me you not giving me my money and extremely rude in her behavior.
