Spent hours in Gladstone looking at cars and were famished when we wrapped up for the day. We wanted something on the lighter side and Google maps delivered Pho 360 as an option. Good reviews. Let’s try it.

First, I must say the atmosphere is uplifting, warm and inviting. This is not a grab and go place but a stay and enjoy the surroundings. Well laid out and some serious design went into this space.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. And our vermicelli noodle dishes were fresh and delicious! We ordered mango smoothies. WOW! What a treat.

We eat here about once a month, and the pho is consistently delicious and fresh. I am knocking off 1 star because I usually get a side of the single beef rib. About half the time, it's fresh, and the other half it tastes old, and it's very dry like it's been reheated in a microwave. Last night, it was the latter, and I had an upset stomach all night. This side is not cheap. I would love for it to be consistently fresh like the pho because when fresh, it's delicious. I'd rather be told it's unavailable rather than be disappointed and...
