Very disappointed. I came in to get dinner here on three separate occasions (within a month or so apart) and each time was around 8:45-9:00pm, they close at 9:30pm.. The first time the doors were locked with employees inside cleaning, (BEFORE 9:30pm!) so I turned around and left, disappointed 😔.. (I don't have a car so walked bout .5 mile just for dinner btw) Then the second time I came in they were "open", so I ordered and left. Once I got home and began to eat, the food was horrible! The cream cheese wontons were old and stale and even seemed burnt-like, as if maybe they were from lunch and then thrown in oil to heat up for my order. The Orange Chicken was dry and stale/old tasting as well and the chow mien was super dry, all of it just wasn't the same as I've had before.. I ended up not eating any of it and trashing it. THEN, tonight, I get there at about 9:10, and the lady working tells me they only have enough for one order of such and such and don't have this and that.. which practically lowers my options down to probably some old white rice, and a fortune cookie.. (obviously exaggerated but had nothing I wanted).. so I respectfully left. I get it, it's late, they close soon, and are getting ready for morning. However, it's just annoying how it's been this way EVERYTIME I've been in and it's from an hour to 30 mins before they even close! Either they close early, the food is old, or they don't even have their main dishes made! I somewhat am understanding about what happened tonight, but was just the cherry on top to why I WILL NOT be a customer at this location anymore! I am normally a person that wouldn't waste my time writing a review, but after this last experience I felt like this had to be done. I feel the people who work the closing shift need to work on things before they lose more customers and really hurt...
Read moreI gave two stars because Mimi on the front line was very rude to me. If you’re not going to accommodate your customers special requests I suggest you don’t interact with them.. Mimi grabbed out a to go container right off the bat, not asking what I wanted at all. Continued with attitude when I asked her to pick out ONLY the bigger pieces of cabbage in the chow main. ‘That’s impossible’ -Mimi. She just covered up the cabbage pieces by moving around what was already on the plate. Didn’t even try to pick them out. It’s takes 30 seconds tops of your time and there was one person behind me in line. It’s been done before. Continued to the entree, they didn’t have many choices (it was lunch time I understand completely, that’s not what bothered me) but when I was looking at my choices Mimi was very impatient, based on her body language and expression on her face. they were entrees I’ve never tried before so I was thinking for less than a minute. I worked in fast food so I’m very understanding of most situations but Mimi needs an attitude check, please and thank you. On another note, Jazmine was great, very sweet and cleaning up the eating areas! Very efficient and detailed oriented. She should be on the line instead. I spent $9 and threw away most of it because it was mostly cabbage, hard fried rice and onions. It’s a real shame one person effected the entire representation of this...
Read moreWhen the store first open, the customer service was great and the workers were friendly. The food was alway ready and there would be no wait. Now since there are new workers, they lack customer service skills, always have to wait for my food to be cooked and there are long lines. If the noodles are the main dish that is paired with the meats, how is it always out?! For example, last week Emily was my server, she is always there and is the least warmest of all the workers at this location. I told her my order, she over packed it but there was so much sauce. I had pointed to her that there were some vegetables that were sticking out of my to-go container that she was holding, hoping she would tuck the food back in the container. She gave me a blank clueless look, and left my container at the counter for next cashier. Nevertheless, this cashier was nice and packed my food in the bag and I left. Got home, picked the bag up and guess what the sauce has leaked on the car seat. So thanks, Emily for not listening to me! Please listen to your customers rather than speaking in your native language and ignoring the customers!!! (P.S. some of us understand what you are saying) This is a constant pattern at...
