Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Oswego

Middle aged female supervisor was working the morning of august 24th. The younger boy working the register was nice and friendly but when he asked this woman how to ring up a pumkin cold brew refill she came over and gave me the nastiest look. Wanted to charge me for the foam and sweetener in the refill which I’ve never been charged. As she’s ringing it in she says she can’t touch my cup which is fine but she doesn’t even ask how I originally ordered it. Which was no ice and extra sweetener. I’m walking a long way back to my place and don’t like the ice melting and ruining the drink. But she Just keeps glaring at me. I say I would like it with out the foam this time and she again gives me a mean look and I’m Super uncomfortable and can’t even tell her how else I like it. She ends up making my refill herself but didn’t put in any sweetener even tho she charged me for it. added a ton of ice and overall it tasted horrible. And I felt I did something wrong. I think I’ll avoid this Starbucks because that lady is a real unpleasant person and I’m not paying over seven dollars for an ice coffee just to be...

If you like milk foam, you're gonna have a bad time here.

It's a nice spot and the people are friendly, but the coffee is hit or miss depending on who's making it. Spider web girl's coffee is amazing! There are only a couple people here who usually make my order correctly (it's not a super complicated one either - decaf, extra foam, no whip). I don't know what it is about this location in particular, but I always order extra foam and there's almost always less foam than I would consider even a normal amount, which means that not only is my favorite part missing, but the rest of it is watered down by extra liquid milk. This has not been a problem at other locations - sure there'll be a scattered person who doesn't put much foam, but mostly other locations it's the way I ordered it. It's such a consistent problem here that I have to wonder if it's an intentional policy to go easy on foam here...

I said Christmas day here and was reminded yesterday of why we do not go to this Starbucks on Christmas Day I spend $20 after being there for about 4 hours and they told me that I couldn't be there that they do not want my kind there talk about discrimination. I'm a homeless woman but I don't ever go into business without having enough money to buy a coffee or something of the sort. And I always make sure with the staff that I can stay. For Christmas day and I was not even in their vicinity why was in the vicinity but I wasn't on there property I had a police officer called on me after ordering $20 worth of products and keep toss because they told me they didn't like...
