Ordered lunch with my family in the drive thru since the dining room still isn't open. I ordered the original chicken sandwich with no lettuce, add bacon. When we parked to eat, my sandwich had lettuce and no bacon on it. It was completely wrong. I tried to call and they didn't answer the phone. I then tried to go to their door and knocked. I'm pretty sure the employees heard me but ignored it, even though I was holding up my sandwich to show why I was knocking when I know the inside is closed. I then drove to the drive thru and let them know it was wrong. I handed them the wrong one and when they handed me the new one, as I checked it, I asked for a dessert or something for the inconvenience and since my fries were now cold. The girl working looked at me and rudely said, "No!" The smirk on her face when she said it told me she felt proud about saying no so rudely. They never at any point apologized for it being wrong or the inconvenience. These employees need some serious training in customer service and order accuracy. I hope the owners read this and some change is made. From the other reviews, this is not a one time issue. The girl working had dark hair and glasses. I didn't catch her name, but figure the manager would know from that description and who worked today can figure out who she was. She needs some serious training. Read moreThe single worst experience at a Burger King ever. I completed our orders online and then drove off to pick it up through the drive thru. The directions state that all you have to do is order your food online and tell the teller your name in the drive thru and they give it to you at the window. Already ordered and paid for 10 minutes prior.
So we get there, go through the drive thru and come to the window after giving my name. And waited. And waited and waited. It took TEN MINUTES to get two Bacon King burgers and fries. This is AFTER I had already ordered it 10 minutes before that! The manager finally came up to the window and I was out of patience at this point, asking why it was taking so long and he said that the order isn't started until you show up. I was like, WTH? The whole point of ordering online is to save time and NOT HAVE TO WAIT. Why then would it make ANY sense to make an order online if you still have to wait as if you ordered it at the drive thru? The whole point is that it's supposed to be FAST food. Even if this was the case, why did it still take 10 MINUTES to get my order???
This ended up making me return late for work from lunch.

Read moreWe went during the last power outage we had. Which overall they seemed to be handling the mass rush of customers well. Except for our order i guess. Because we ordered and i proceeded to wait. I watched the orders made after ours handed out. So once my husband returned I decided to go next door to pickup a couple items. I figured after having gone through their long line he would have received the food and would be at our vehicle. Instead he was still inside waiting. By this time at least 20-25 minutes have gone by since we ordered. So after mentioning that fact to my husband he went to the counter asking about our order. They no longer had it on the screen. So either they just deleted it or they handed it out to someone else. So we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the good since they were still so busy. Any other restaurant would have offered us something as compensation for the screw up but they didn't. In the end we finally received our food after waiting 30 minutes. So i scored them so low because of my recent experience. Previous visits had been much better. So as a warning to future guests, if it's really busy make sure you stay on top of them.
