Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Terrible customer service. I ordered through my dunkin app and when I walked in, I stood by the counter to wait for my food. An employee asked what I needed so I told her that I ordered online. She then told me that I didn't order online because they never received the order. I had to show her my phone and show her that the money had already been taken out and she still blamed me for it not working and wanted me to repay for the coffees. After we went back and forth about this a few times she decided to just make the coffees. I ordered an XL Hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and an XL Hot Carmel coffee with extra cream and extra sugar. The store was not even busy at all at this time. When I got to work and tried my coffee, I realized she gave me the completely wrong coffee order. I called to inform the manager of the problem and she said I had to bring the coffees back to the store in order to get them remade. She then proceeded to call me a liar and accuse me of trying to just scheme free coffee. Once I offered to bring them back she decided it wouldn't be necessary and told me to come back tomorrow and she will give me two coffees on them to correct the situation. The next morning was even worse. The manager was loudly arguing with me in front of customers saying that she never said that and then proceeded to only offer me one coffee. Every single time I go to this location, it's another problem. I will NEVER go to this location again. I'd rather drive out of my way to another dunkin than to give this one my business. First and last time going in to this Dunkin'. My dad and I went in this afternoon at 1:11pm. Kelly (Indian woman) the employee who took our order has the worst attitude. We ordered 4 medium ice caramel coffees with 2 creams and no sugar, one of those 4 my dad asked to please make it with dark roast coffee. She asked about 3 times what we wanted. Then cut me off when I tried to explain to her what my dad ordered (he has broken English so I thought maybe he wasn't clear enough), She cut me off rolled her eyes and said "I know"... so if you know why the hell ask me then cut me off roll ur eyes, nod ur head, and say oh my god". when I was only trying to explain the order it wasn't because I thought she wasn't understanding due to her English also being her second language it was because I thought maybe my dads broken English wasn't clear enough. To top it off after saying she knew our order what ends up happening? She gets the order wrong all because she couldn't let me talk (next time listen to ur customers without the sass). She charged my dad for an extra coffee and when we told her we said 4 she tried to argue saying we ordered 5 when we clearly said 4! She rolled her eyes again at my dad and refunded the money for the extra coffee we didn't order with an attitude. The young lady who made our coffees was very nice but Kelly has the worst attitude. If you don't like your job let someone else have that position and go find another job where you don't have to take orders from...

Horrible service! If there was an option to put 0 stars, I would. My son found some coupons in the mail from this Dunkin' Donuts. The coupon we used was to buy a large hot chocolate and get the 2nd free. He was so excited to use them. The cashier took our order, then when we moved to next station to pick up our order, she acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. Our 2nd "free" hot chocolate was missing. I kept reminding her that it was buy 1 get 1 free and she just kept saying ok, but wouldn't give us the hot chocolate. We waited for such a long time for that hot chocolate that a long line was forming behind us. Why send promotions in the mail if you don't want people to use it? I don't understand. I didn't just order the hot chocolates, I also ordered a dozen of donuts, 2 medium coffees and 5 toasted bagels with cream cheese. So I just don't understand why give us a hard time on this "free" hot chocolate. Never again will I order at this place. I'll stick to going to my favorite Dunkin' Donuts on 79th and Cicero.
