Giordano's — Restaurant in Lake Township

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a Giordano's. I arrived at around 8 PM on Wednesday, June 26th. The hostess was very kind and communicative and was able to seat us quickly. Everything starts going downhill after that. Our server (on my receipt his name shows as David P.), comes to us and asks if we would like any starters and drinks. We order 4 drinks and a starter. He comes to drop off the drinks and later the starter we ordered. It was BBQ boneless bites but he brings them with no silverware or napkins. He was completely unreachable and would only stop by the table for literally seconds and then walk away. We had to ask other servers if they could bring us the items that he forgot and it looks like he just got annoyed. He did not even stop by to take our order until literally 15 minutes after we got our starters. He never came by to ask us if we were ready to order. So by the time he comes with our food it was already 9:30 PM and we understand your property closes at 10 PM so we felt bad and tried eating so we wouldn't be THOSE people that stayed until closing time. I tried to brush it all off and asked for the bill and even left a tip thinking that would be it for the night. Boy was I wrong. He stops by to make me sign the check and asks if we needed a to go box for our left over pizza. I say yes and he leaves for about 20 minutes and does not bring it. It is not until 9:55 PM that I see him assisting a larger party and bringing them a to go box in literally seconds that they asked for one, while me and my party were left waiting. I just ordered a pizza today, April 17, 2021. Everytime I order they screw something up. I told them when I ordered to have the driver call when he was out front. He did and I instructed him to walk thru both gates to my back door. I have not been feeling good and didn't want to walk to the front of my building. Well. I get outside yelling where are you? I ended up having to walk thru the gates out front. The driver was down the street going to the wrong house. I said, what are you doing? The address is on the front and mailbox. Then I was waiting for him to run my card. Then he said his machine wasn't working. I was connected to the Manager who was rude and ignorant. I told him that if I accept the cold pizza, I want a credit toward my next order. The Manager refused. He said send the pizza back. The Manager had the audacity to tell me to go to another pizza place in the future. I plan to. So then I had to call them again and reorder the pizza. The same Manager got on the phone and said he couldn't guarantee that this wouldn't happen again. I told him to take my card info over the phone. Now I am waiting again.
