I normally stop here because it's on my way to work but ever since y'all started serving breakfast im at y'all's drive thru almost everyday to every other day lol.... there is a lady, brown skin, medium build that I usually see... SHE IS WONDERFUL with a awesome personality for it to be so early in the morning.... but today I saw mark at the window... he looks as if he might be the manager but he is WONDERFUL as well...I had to wait this morning for my breakfast sandwich to be ready so I was asked to pull up by the door... mark came out and asked me if I liked iced coffees and asked if I'd like vanilla or mocha better...I said vanilla.... when he finally comes back with my complete order not only did he give me a vanilla iced coffee to try out, he upsized my breakfast potatoes as well just for the short wait.... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially when I wasn't expecting it...I am a store manager myself and these are the experiences that stay on a customer's mind and compels them to speak on a business whom they felt absolutely satisfied with at the end of the day. Read moreWhere do I start? This use to be my favorite Wendy's in the Midwest but something drastically happened. Not sure if owner or management/staff changed but the service has absolutely changed. Went there yesterday morning only to be greeted by an elderly black woman yelling in my ear at the drive thru. Obviously She couldn't understand me because She kept asking me to repeat myself. She eventually asked me to drive to the window to place my order and when I got there Her face was turned up like She'd caught me in bed with Her Husband or something. At this point I was completely turned off from placing my order and drove to the Wendy's on 134th & Cicero where the environment is always clean, the staff really wants to work and has phenomenal customer service skills & the food is always fresh. 98th & Western needs an overhaul. Owner needs to hire new ppl that want to actually work instead of just paying ppl to come and do what they want. Read moreI ORDERED A NUMBER 6 AND 7 SANDWICH ON THE MENU THROUGH DRIVE-THRU AND I WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT. AT MY ARRIVAL AT MY OFFICE TO START MY DAY, I FOUND HAIR IN MY SANDWICH. I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THEIR MANAGER. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HER AND SHE TELLS ME TO BRING BACK THE FOOD SO SHE CAN SHOW HER STAFF. I INFOMRED HER I JUST CLOCKED -IN TO START MY DAY AND SHE IS STILL INSISTING THAT I SHOULD COME BACK TO THEIR LOCATION TO SHOW THEM THE FOOD.
IF I WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT AND THEN FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD AND I AM TELLING YOU THAT AM NOT A SATISIFIED CUSTOMER; AS A MANAGER YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO ADDRESS THAT IMMEDIATELY. THEN FOR HER TO ASK ME TO COME BACK TO THEIR LOCATION WITH THE FOOD AFTER EXPLAINING TO HER THAT I JUST CLOCK-IN TO START MY DAY AT WORK WAS UNBELIEVEABLE.
AS A MANAGER SHE REALLY DOES HAVE POOR PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS AND I HOPE SHE GETS MORE TRAINING.
