McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake View Township

The manager was rude, I came to this McDonald's drive thru I ordered 3 sandwiches 2 hashbrowns and 2 orange juice, they gave me the 2 orange juice at the window after taking my money and then told me to pull to the side and wait so I did. They had me waiting 5min and bring me the wrong order. I went in to correct the mistake, but the manager instantly caught an attitude and told me this is what I ordered, I tried ignoring the attitude and told her I'll pay the difference to get what I ordered, but again she had an attitude and told me that she'll give me back my money, I was done putting up with the attitude so I said to her yes give me my money back. The manager threw my money on the counter top and my coins fell to the floor and she tried to walk away, I yelled to her can I get my money the manager kept walking away saying something I couldn't hear her cause she was to far away. Don't go to this McDonald's. Once me and my mom went to this McDonald's because we always go to it and we were both vaccinated so we were allowed to eat inside. But the next week we come again and a different employee is taking our orders. She says we can't eat inside, the lobby is closed. I was confused because a few days ago we ate inside. There is even a sign that says you can eat inside if you're vaccinated. They get orders wrong most of the time as well, I asked for a Double Quarter Pounder and they gave me only one patty with Double Cheese. Also the burger looked odd. Looks like they rushed it. I was in this mc Donald with my 6 years daughter. We ordered food and there were no napkins. Then I went in front to ask for napkins and wait for more than 2 min. Then went back to table with my daughter. When lady wearing white shirt, head set on ear and also very Spanish accent came to front and then I went to ask for napkin and same time I didn't know that she is calling for customer who ordered ice cream. When I reached and asked for Napkin and she treated me as I am stealing some one ice cream.I was just wondering how company and manager train this kind of employee.I been so many mc Donald since 2005 and also worked.But this is first time, I am very disappointed with such behaviour and treatment with customer.
