This review is for the repair guy...apparently their only one. I had to get a part replaced on my Mitsubishi tv and through Mitsubishi this place was the one and only licensed repair place in the city of Chicago apparently. I called the place and the guy on the phone was actually very helpful and pleasant. But after that point I dealt with the repair guy. He might just be the rudest person I have ever met. When calling to set up the appt, when calling to ask me if I was home super before my appt time, and then while at my apt he was condescending, short, and literally just so so so RUDE!! He practically yelled at me on the phone to be there by 5 (my appt time was 5-6pm) because he had to be somewhere else by 6 and I left work early to arrive by 5 and when I called he wasn't even going to be there until 5:15!!! WTF. He whipped my huge 73" tv around on my glass stand and when I said to be careful so he didn't scratch it he basically was like 'you're an idiot, glass can't be scratched, calm down'....I was so offended I'm writing this while he's still fixing my tv. I mean, in my case I had no choice but to use this place but if you have a choice and can go elsewhere and you'll be dealing with a tv repair guy coming to your place DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Based on some not-so-great experiences with U-Haul in the past, if I need to rent a U-Haul truck I try to do it at a non-U-Haul branded location. I rented a U-Haul for the day through Mina's a year ago and it was a very smooth process with them. I needed to rent a U-Haul to move out of Chicago so I went to Mina's again and I really appreciate their help. I contacted them ahead of time to ask about renting a U-Haul during the current stay-at-home order and social distancing and they did most of the reservation for me to make it easier. There was the possibility they wouldn't have the 10' truck I needed, but they made sure that if they didn't have the 10' truck that I would be contacted the day before the reserved pickup day with instructions on where I needed to go to pick up the truck. Fortunately they had the 10' truck on time and I was able to pick it up at Mina's. The owners (I think it's two brothers) both made the pick up process as smooth as possible, even in these crazy times. They made an extremely stressful move a little less chaotic with the U-Haul rental and I totally appreciate...

Wow - my first review as well...ever. One star was the lowest option, but should be 0 since it definitely doesn't qualify as a business. I can't believe they are allowed to run a business in this country. Both associates - Aram and Ralph - pretty much yelled at me from the first time I called until I went back to pick up the TV. No work done - by that time the info they were giving me regarding tv repairs was so wrong that I pretty much had to imply that I don't agree with them and would prefer to take it back (Ralph was explaining to me that the way to diagnose is to change the part and see if it works...) - at least they refunded the $$ they charged me (still no idea wht they charged me $65, they probably don't either...). I had to simply tell Aram to stop yelling at me and that I'm there to offer a little business, but still don't belove he got it. Maybe they can offer rentals, but would never trust them with anything else. And don't do it in person - you might catch them in a bad day and might become even physical... Wow -...
