So... Let me start out by saying the staff is always very friendly and accommodating... every visit. However, every time I come to this location, I walk away saying why do I come here? It is usually busy, at least more than half the times I've been there, but there seems to be no organization to get customers in and out. Mobile orders take forever, no one is ever dedicated to calling them out. Not even exaggerating...I usually wait 10 - 15 minutes sometimes longer for an order I have pre-ordered on mobile. Today... they have decided to close the inside of the store again and make everyone come to the door for their order. I get it, covid, its probably the right thing to do. I walk up, and there are no less than 30 people waiting for orders. Someone at the door calling out names, trying to reach over busses, garbage trucks, traffic with their voice... it was hard to hear. No organization for customers to stand. No runner for the door person. I had a coffee... just a coffee with soy and waited 18 minutes to get served after I waited the 5 minutes it said my order would be ready before I got there on my phone. One time okay, two times okay... but this is every time I come here I wait what seems to be an extraordinary...
Read moreSee photos, I ordered two iced drinks today through door dash, just normal ice. One drink does not have any ice and my driver was quick so this falls under this stores inability to do a correct iced drink, by just putting ice in it. A couple weeks before this they forgot the straw and my drink needs it because there's bubbles at the bottom. A couple weeks before that I had to call the store to confirm why when ordering the iced shaken espresso why is there too much ice sometimes and not enough drink mix, I was then responded to in the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER by the male employee that I will leave unnamed here that corrected me when I called him a shorthand version of his name. Please send someone from corporate to this store to give the staff much needed training because this is not how Starbucks...

Yes, I classified myself because I hope it helps the staff to understand where this is coming from. I rate this location a 1 star because I did not get the customary service that Starbucks falls behind. I was not asked my name for my name, and I when passing me my order, I did not get it in its cup sleeve. As this occurred I thought to myself, oh, it’s probably the way they do it here. But no.
