Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Worth

Hi , I went to the Taco Bell in LakeWorth Texas on Saturday May 6th around 6:45. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos with no cheese and I get no cheese because I have a dairy allergy. When I check my food it was wrong so, I went in inside to get my order fixed and expressed to them that it was important it didn’t have cheese since I have an allergy. The lady at the front (Older White Lady), first said that I was wrong and when I showed her the items in the bag and that they weren’t mine and I must have gotten the wrong order, she acted as though it was my fault they got my order wrong. I then asked to speak to the manager because I have poorly I was treated, I was told it would be a while since she had to catch on drive thru orders. When I spoke to the manager I let her know my disbelief that I was treated this way and that I was very upset when I heard them talking about me in the kitchen and she acted like she couldn’t care less. Once I got home I wanted to call and see if I could the General Manager’s phone because I am that upset and waited on hold for over 16 minutes and now I will hang up and call back. If I could give zero...

Ohhh, the Lake Worth Taco Bell. You've been there for me when I needed you on those tough, long nights. Honestly, I've consumed more Taco Bell than any self respecting human ever should in their life time and I can say that this one is usually way up there with the best(s). I don't really rate fast food at 5 stars ever, but for the sake of my nostalgia going all the way back to childhood and how often I fall off the bandwagon and end back up here all over again, it's 5 stars for sure!

Honestly, our food typically comes out rocket fast and accurate which is more than I can say about almost any other Taco Bell's I've been too. I sometimes experience longer waits when they are short staffed (which is to be expected, they have rough days just like the rest of us and are only human!), but again... The food here is SPOT ON almost always. Try my favorite, a Steak Quesorito w/ extra steak, extra shredded cheese and add jalapenos. Then, smother it in fire sauce for a gastrointestinal adventure that'll clear you right up to start the rest of your week off right.

1:40am 7/6/2022 Drive through employee got a bad attitude when I asked them to fill the drink cup all the way since they left about 1/3 empty off the top. They filled it then slammed it down in the counter,spilling it all over there counter and splashing me with it. I asked for chicken instead of beef on my cheesy gordita crunch, but got literally only the gordita bread,taco shell and lettuce, no chicken which I paid extra for,no meat or cheese of any kind. My burrito supreme was inside out. I asked for hotsauce but received 4 packets of every other flavor except hot. It's obvious your employees don't care. You need to take care of your employees so they'll take care of your customers. Because of economic circumstances I can only eat out once a month and I chose your establishment for that special meal, and you guys ruined it. I did not bring it back to the store to make them aware because it's a 30min drive each direction and gas is expensive right now. Needless to say I'll be sure to never return to any tacobell and will make sure chipotle and taco casa receive my money...
