The first time this location mussed up our order, we were shorted a burger and were directed by uber eats to contact the store since all we wanted was our food. The store manager could care less and we ended up letting it go because we did not care much for the hassle. Fast forward to this time, the order we received was not even our order. Now we are talking $40 worth of food so we take the order to whataburger ourselves to get our dinner. The manager on duty said they would not give us the food we ordered due to order being a "large" amount. I'm like no way, we paid, we didn't get our food, just give us our food. And it's like three meals so not necessarily a "large" amount except for the fact that whataburger's prices are pretty crazy at this point. The manager on duty then called the store manager, Jesus Lozano, who then continued to refuse to give us the food we ordered stating that "it was the third party's fault". Here's the thing though, it's all their fault and we were the ones to take the hit. Not only are we out the $40, we did not get any food. And, we have to jump.through hoops to try to get a refund. The right thing to do was to just give us our food, apologize for the mix up and move on. Not cool Whataburger. Not cool.
Boo on you and your cruddy management. I feel sorry for your employees who are not taught to do the right thing consistently and feel sorry for the neighborhood you are in for having terrible representation.
Kudos to In and Out to save the evening. Much better prices, happier employees, better customer experience vibes and much, much better quality of food.

Read more083023 They get the order wrong and then get mad and say ugly things about you when you bring it to their attention. The walls are thin, so I heard the girls as they talked about me like I was not even there! That is antagonistic. I am prayerful. Some people see that as a reason to fight. I see it as a reason to inconvenience myself and stop shopping here. Who wants wants to purchase from people who act this way?! Who wants to keep going through this wrong order madness on nearly every visit. Now, no refunds without the GM so you have to come back! In all fairness, there have been times when I've called with "compliments to the chef" and posted when my order was great, but those times are too few and too far in between.
050223 potatoe taquito, no cheese was stupid good! The sweet tea without ice has a tendency to be rancid. A good plain garden salad has gone stupid small as the price has gone very high.
050722 I have no right to assume that 100% real egg will be used when I order my breakfast at Whataburger. That's sad, I do love a good taquito. Nothing and no one goes unchanged.

Read moreI go to this store 8 to 15 times a month this morning i barely got my order in when your system shut down and rebooted all your registers .the young man who was taking my order said to me that it had been none stop customers and all were angry when i got there.i spoke two two of the customers and they said they could not understand why other customers were getting there order before them.now on my order they screwd it up 2 grill cheese sandwhitches.and 4 blt sandwich es. I allways ask for extra bacon and extra mayo .and extra tomatoes. I pay for the extra things i ask for and yet i get home and find my orders were no mayo grill cheese was missing cheese there was barely any cheese.and the blt was missing bacon .and mayo it looked like they put it on and then removed it when i asked for extra mayo .and i did not get my 4 orders of hash browns .i had to beg for a large drinking cup as i had asked for it and the other two customers were wanting there drinks two.but the three people on duty were busting there jobs cause they were short handed. Please note i can shop at over five differant other companys for my orders cause i checked and they maid the same stuff.i got a receipt it said they charged me 10.00. But i paid 35.oo dollars. Im watching now and i know i wont come shop at your storees at 4.ooam to 5.ooam. you need to hire a crew put more people on the floor and at least 3 on drivethru. I know the customers before me said they werent comming back. I could say the same....
