This place needs work

Staff made me feel like I was bothering them.

I would have liked to shop longer but I felt like they were getting annoyed very quickly.

My biggest issue was the extremely stale juice testers. I tested juices I had never had before and I also tested flavors that I know very well and most, if not all of them tasted disgusting. The employee tried it and said "oh thats how it is supposed to taste". In my opinion E juice testers should not taste the way used fireworks smell. When asking a serious question other employees answered sarcastically like I was and idiot. Extremely unorganized. About half the time when I looked or questioned about a flavor I was told they are not selling it anymore. Then WHY advertise it or have it on your shelves? I would not recommend going to this shop to test E Juices however you could buy them if you know the flavor you want already. If they organized their stock properly, displayed what was actually available and, got some new flavors I may go back. I may have even liked some of he flavors they had there but every time I tried one it felt like I was vaping essence of burnt hair. I cannot give my opinion on any of the vaping hardware. The staff are the most knowledgeable and politest people I have ever worked with as a customer anywhere! These electric cigarettes have all sorts of funny quirks in them and each company requires different means to fix them. I have been smoke free cigarette free for 30 years since Drs found a spot on my lung which turned out ok but I quit smoking and went on nicotine gum, then E cigarettes. This shops associates are downright skilled in what they do and they’ll bend over backward to get a vaporizer up and running. After going to another shop and having problems getting the right coil I came here knowing I needed a real service pro. They are calm courteous and take time to satisfy a client and they also love to see people show off their vaping skills.

I strongly recommend the shop. Prices are extremely competitive to the low market side and I will be favoring this store in my future transactions
