Ever since they rebuilt this place, this place has a new staff I think. Their cashiers are rude and treat you like you are an idiot if you order something they don’t see on the menu.
I went there to get a Rodeo King burger meal, which is shown on the mobile app. I couldn’t order it on the app since I had to pay with cash. Well first in the the drive thru, they told me to wait. I waited and in the other lane, they took 2 other vehicles orders that got there after me. When I asked if they were going to take my order, the cashier got short with me when I started to order. She told me that the meal I was ordering wasn’t a meal and I had to order each item separately. I did, without question, and I ordered it with no cheese (a very simple thing to do). Well after I got my order, I parked and checked it, it did not have cheese (which is good) but was nothing like the burger I saw on the mobile app. The one they gave me had a single patty and the one on the app had two patties. I went inside and was talking to a cashier, I explained what I was told and what was on the mobile app when the cashier cut me off rudely twice while I was explaining. When she did let me explain, she just me “I don’t know” when I asked why it was different. I said there is a problem then and she again cut me off for the 3rd time saying “well the supervisor is helping someone so when he is done, he will help you” and walked away. So I waited and explained the whole thing to the supervisor, he quickly understood what I was saying and agreed with me that what is on the mobile app is correct and the cashier didn’t understand what I was explaining. He goes and gets me a new burger, I grab it and walk back to my car. I stopped and thought I should check to make sure it has no cheese since sometimes restaurants forget. So I check and the burger has cheese. I walk back in and no one is at the counter but the drive thru cashiers are there and see me but don’t walk up to me and ask what is wrong. Read moreIt took way too long to get orders. One would think maybe it’s taking so long because they had just run out of what was ordered and now there is a wait to cook the food. NOPE! All the fries were cold. Not warm, cold…and nasty!
The whopper with cheese tasted as if it had been sitting ALL day. It was so nasty I couldn’t even stomach the taste of it. I threw the sandwich in the garbage rather than force myself to eat any more of it.
I live in Winter Haven. I was on my way to Lakeland to see my brother and pickup my son and nephew. My brother asked me to pick up Burger King for himself, my son, and my nephew on my way to him. I asked what’s the nearest location so the food wouldn’t be cold driving from a further distance. He told me the Harden Blvd. Burger King was the closest to his location.
After finally receiving my order, I tasted the fries after driving off. The fries tasted cold and old. I don’t know how long the food had been sitting, but I think I would’ve been better off going to the Winter Haven or Auburndale location.
The service was so incredibly slow that a lady got out of her car and walked to the drive-thru window with money in her hand to pay for her order. She asked how much longer it would be for her order of fries!! She was not happy about the total she was given, as she must’ve placed two separate orders only to find out the orders were not separated.
I used to love the Whopper and Whopper Jr. sandwiches. Not anymore. This experience was so bad I didn’t even taste the signature flame-broiled flavor. I will NEVER eat at this location again! I may even be done with Burger King altogether....

I get to the drive-thru there's a couple of cars in the Drive-Thru the car in front of me goes ahead so I get to the speaker there's two cars in the other lane their order gets taken before I even get to tell them I just have a mobile order. And of course I'm a little frustrated but no big deal so I get to the window and the young lady asked me the name for the order again and I provided to her, and I was like hey are you guys aware that you know you skipped two cars ahead of me and she says I apologize I have dyslexia when the first drive-thru goes off at beeps once when the second drive through goes off it beeps twice so I just thought that I only heard it beep once. Okay no problem, she starts to hear me my bag of food and then tells me my drinks are on the way, I get my iced coffee and I wait a second cuz the window closed to see if she's going to give me my sweet tea and she doesn't come back. Then I pull around the little curve, cuz there's a door right there and it's locked. SMH now I got to drive all the way around park the car get out the car and ask for my sweet tea, and as I do that I go into the store there's another lady at the counter waiting for help and I apologize and I say hey can I get my drink from the drive-thru, they didn't even have it made so they had to make it. But what really put me across the top was on my mobile order I made sure I put light ketchup light mustard light mayonnaise and I open up my sandwich to literally see it all busted out onto...
