I have to say it: I think Crave Cookies is way better than Crumbl. Hot take, possibly unpopular opinion, but very unashamed statement. The cookies here have so much PERSONALITY. Like, they look and taste exactly how they are named, and I have enjoyed every flavor I’ve tried. They have a rotating menu every few weeks which they announce on their website and socials. I also like that they don’t short you on the toppings and goodies that come with each cookie. Like, if Imma get a chocolate oreo cookie, give me allll the oreo crumbs and chocolate coating on it, not just part of the cookie. Make those calories & sugar overload count! One of my favorites is the red velvet cookie when it comes around. I haven’t tried many cookie versions of red velvet that are actually good but let me tell you, this one, this is it. It’s soft and rich and has little chocolate chips that give it a nice texture. They also make cookies to order- in other words, they don’t add toppings or warm them up until you order them. So they’re hot and super fresh on the box, it’s just little details like that that give these guys the edge over other cookie places in my eyes. Yes, it’s still expensive- close to $20 for a 4-pack. But at least they’re really good cookies that all burst with flavor and taste how they’re advertised. They do have those special flavored drinks too, I think most people call them dirty sodas nowadays? So if you really want the sugary depot you can do drink & dessert here.

Stopped by on 4/11/25 (soft opening) and grabbed a Crave Pack (4 cookies) and Island Pepper (24oz crave soda). I was provided a greeting upon entering, great customer service, and my order was quickly (correctly) prepared in less than 5 minutes. First time ever at Crave and will be returning on the first official day (4/12) opening. We tried the crave chocolate chip (delicious warmed up), peanut butter cup (butterfinger and peanut butter cup), brookie (chocolate chocolate chip brownie/cookie), and chilled cookies and cream cookies were all amazing! Update: 4/19 went back in to try the new flavors (strawberry shortcake, snickerdoodle dreamcake, brookies n cream, and Cadbunny crave) These were very good cookies, going to continue to stop in and try new ones each week.

Hate to do comparisons but this might just be better than Crumbl and definitely love that it’s on the Southside because I hate having to go to the north side. Also a much more expansive menu with dirty sodas and Dubai chocolate that Crumbl doesn’t offer. 10/10. It’s scary this place is so close because I will be tempted to go every week

Today was my 3rd time trying Crave Cookies & I really hope the experience gets better everytime but it just does not. Each time I have gone in, I order cookies and a dirty soda drink. Each time they do not have the ingredients or supplies to properly make the drinks & don’t make you aware until after you’ve paid and they start making the drinks. They’ve been out of limes, 24oz cups, coconut syrup, even the cookie we wanted last week was not made & would be another 15 minutes. It just baffles me that 75% of the drinks include limes or coconut syrup, but they don’t seem to order enough. This location is in the same plaza as a Publix and next door to a target, why is management not running next door to buy product to better service customers? The cookies and drinks (what is included in my drink that’s in stock) are delicious, but it’s always something at this location. I hope they get ordering and service under control with time because at this time,...

I went today to buy the highly advertised and overhyped Dubai chocolate strawberry cups. Unfortunately, my family and I were very disappointed. For starters, the price isn’t listed. I also believe that they were overpriced for the amount that came in the cup. The amount of chocolate, pistachio paste, and pistachio pieces was almost nothing. The strawberries barely had any of the toppings that are supposed to make them “Dubai chocolate”-like. Not to mention the strawberries were sour and very small. I am just disappointed because all over their social media they would DRENCH the strawberries in the chocolate and pistachio paste. My cup barely had any. I tried the Dubai chocolate cookie however, and it was definitely a better experience. They had more filling and were yummier.

All I ask is that you don’t advertise a strawberry cup that looks like it’ll be worth the money just to barely put any...
