We ordered 2 large freezes and food, double checked the order and when we got to the second window they gave us 1 freeze that was made incorrectly- refused to remake it . And told us the other one in the window wasn’t ours, made us pay for another one then gave a regular size one, we then pulled back around to talk to someone else they took the 2 freezes from us and then gave us the exact same thing 1 large made incorrectly and 1 regular size. This happened at 10:45 pm on 08/05/2020. We have never had issues before and we end up at a Taco Bell at least once a day so we typically do not require the receipt but we will be avoiding this location and receiving the receipt from now. We are very disappointed in the quality of service the people on this shift provided tonight. I am also appalled by the fact they took back 2 freezes that we weren’t going to drink in the middle of a pandemic. Which if I am not mistaken is against company policy for all restaurants right now per the law. Keep in mind this is coming from two fellow experienced fast food workers. As I place our order they said they had run out of them.... didn't place an order for, but now had to wait in the drive in lane for the other car to get their order. When I got to the window I asked the women...2....how could they run out of them at lunch, one replied... I don't know, I just work here". How can I say this... WRONG ANSWER, WRONG, WRONG, WRONG....WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE????? If this is the type of customer service this location had, then we will never, never go there again....we asked if there was another location other than this one and the one on 98 South....they told me Mulberry....Ok we went to Mulberry and at that location they told us that the Cheesy Chalupa was no longer being sold.....so... Read moreThis is a really good Taco Bell. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot from Irlo Bronson. I always go into fast food restaurants instead of the drive thru, and I was so happy that there was Plenty of Parking, even in busy mid-day. The management seems to keep the floor adequately staffed, so they maintain cleaning standards well, and I have not experienced long waits. In addition, the staff was familiar with this new T-Mobile free Taco Tuesdays at Taco Bell. I was having trouble getting my T-Mobile and my Taco Bell apps to work together to get my free Taco, and my 15% off a second order. Even though this was a new promotion, two staff members were completely knowledgeable, and one volunteered to walk me through the process.
