Update: so my husband and mother came here to get a couple of things which they know I do not like this location and do not want to support it. The dumb thing they went through today is. Their total came to $20.70 and my mother gave the cashier a $20 bill, two quarters and two dimes. That equals $20.70. She went off on her that she didn't give enough money and said you know what forget it that's why we have a tip jar. She proceeded to pull two dimes out of the tip jar and put it in my mother-in-law's face that she was missing this much. What's really sad is the cashier is our age. You think she's been around the Sun enough times to know what math is. If she's going to be this out of it, she shouldn't be a cashier at all and learn good manners. You don't go off on an elderly person when you're the one in the wrong the whole time. My mother-in-law has dementia and can do math better than you. I'm scratching my head on that one. Can this location have a positive at some point in life. I swear they need a good manager that knows how to run a business and have good employees.
I've came here a few times, a year in between each visit. And still the worst staff I have ever met. Sometimes you got to give him a chance if they change staff but this location should have never opened. They always give you the wrong food and fight with you on how wrong you are. They need new management here. The other Dunkin Donuts on 98th near Walmart is a hundred times better than this location and I've been going...
Read moreI believe there are 3 or 4 Dunkin Donuts in Lakeland, Fl. We can't recommend this one, it's the worst!! They are always out of something like milk, cream, napkins, croissants...you name it. And some of the cashiers are downright RUDE!! Last time we were there I specifically ordered a "medium iced latte with two pumps of vanilla bean syrup. And please make sure its vanilla bean, I don't like French vanilla". She rang up a plain iced latte, so of course it was made wrong. The lady that handed it to me said, "You don't want any flavoring?" And I said, "Yeah, I did ask for it, she didn't tell tou??" Then while we were waiting over 15 minutes for our food we finally found out they had to remake it because it was given to someone else!! We were visiting this store only because it is close to the interstate and we like to hike on the weekends in Ocala. We won't be visiting this store again, we've given them too many chances. The store on South Fl Ave further South (before you get to Edgewood, if you're traveling north) is far superior. They are friendly, always get our orders right. And the manager is also super friendly. We will be giving them our business...
Read moreRead moreI went to the store and had two orders in the drive through. I paid one order with one debit card and the other order was paid with a separate debit card. She handed me the receipt and some splenda packets and told me to go to the next window, I did. Once I got there I was putting both cards back into my purse and realized I didn't have the second debit card, I asked the woman who took the card if she had it because I couldn't find it. She stated she didn't have it, I asked for the manager. They looked in the drive through to see if it was on the ground, it wasn't. He asked what I wanted him to do, I told him I wanted the cameras checked. He checked the cameras and very non nonchalantly told me" I know what happened, the cashier had given my card to another customer on accident. Just freeze the card." No apology, no NOTHING. Did not even try to make things right I have been there many times and they have messed my order up, I am a very patient person and normally don't do this but I am just absolutely appalled at the way this...
