The Meltdown — Local services in Lakeland

The people at this place are so rude. I have been going there for years against my better judgment. Last night I ordered Zesty Nachos and because it was a to go order, I asked for everything to be packaged separately like I always have done. . I put in the notes to add jalapeños on the side and to pack everything separately like I always have done. And I made sure to ask for the jalapeños on the side because if not, they would be placed on the Nachos. The rude waitress, as soon as I reached the counter, before even saying hello or anything immediately said " Just so you know, jalapeños are an upcharge and I will be charging you next time". I have ordered the same thing for years and never had an issue with how I ordered until last night.She even wrote an entire message advising me on my receipt. The fact that she even said anything was beyond me. Especially when I paid that much for nachos and they only had 1 very small scoop of meat. She's very rude and talked over me the entire time. They charge 13-18$ for a sandwich then give you bearly anything on the actual sandwich. All 3 of the sandwiches we got, the breakfast, the shredded beef and and burnt ends had so little inside them i wouldnt have paid 5$. The dessert that is a cheesecake sandwich looks NOTHING like they advertise, they literally just took a slice of cheesecake and put it between two buns and threw the strawberries on the side. I was so excited to eat from Dennys bc as a kid I use to go here all the time with my parents. So imagine my disappointment when I finally get to order and my order was incomplete.. We ordered the Gtand Slam buy one get one free and only recieved one order not 2.
