Burger King — Restaurant in Lakeland

I definitely shouldve read the reviews befor going here this beautiful Friday morning. Its February 4th 2022. I was the only car in line. I really wanted their lunch but seeing it was 930 I knew I had to get breakfast. The woman ask how can she help me and because I don't normally eat the breakfast I said it'll be one second. So i sat there and here she comes again. How can I help you. In my same non irritated tone I repeat it'll be a second. I looked to make sure no one was behind me just in case I'm holding up the line. Still no one. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant combo with an orange juice. I don't know how so early with no line my sandwich which was thin could be cold. Or how my tots could be cold.. With just cheese egg and bacon how could the cheese not be melted? I'm talking legit cold. I laid to stop at McDonald's and grab their $2 mcmuffin bundle as I threw threw the $8 combo away in their trash. The best part about this order was the simply orange juice. So yes I paid $8 and 22cent to be exact for a simply orange juice. I blog and have a whopping 200k followers and I'm home on my laptop preparing the most "I can't believe this" entry about my very first visit since here to this burger king since moving to Lakeland Florida. I sat down and let my teen son place our order since I am disabled and needed to sit. I gave my son the wrong coupon. He came over to the table to get the right coupon, and the cashier knew he was coming right back with it, but she left the counter and went out and started picking up trays. My son returned to the counter with the correct coupon and had to wait until the manager noticed the cashier was missing. The manager rang in the order. My son went to fill our drinks, there were no lids. The manager was headed outside and the cashier who was in the lobby growled "Don't even look at me." The manager went outside. My son was going to ask for lids, but I told him to forget it because I was afraid of the cashier. The food was cold. It was terrible. At this point we were just trying to get out of there. The crew was making fun of the customers as they came through the drive-thru. I don't know where you hired this group of thugs from, but I have run the food service in several prisons in Ohio and was more comfortable among the inmates than this hostile group of employees. I will not ever return to any Burger King, it is obvious that no one is monitoring these...

This location is a complete joke... Customer service was decent in the drive-thru, but sad to say the food was plain awful.... Nothing is more disappointing than getting home and discovering your whole order is wrong. And as so many others have mentioned in previous reviews, we quickly realized our order was wrong when we got home. They forgot to put tomatoes on both my orders. How do you forget an original topping that comes on the sandwich? And my spicy chicken sandwich was serverly over cooked and unedible. Also our onion rings we're also cold and tasted old. This is one of those locations that it's best not to go at night, as the staff will just slap anything together and throw it in the bag. Seems like in drive thru at this location, they just give you whatever they feel like and truly do not care for the customers what so ever. It's obvious they are more worried about getting off than satisfying customers. This place needs to be investigated.... RUN don't walk far away from this Burger King... You've...
