I've been coming to Lucky's for over 13 years..I Usually go in the inside for food and drinks.. Came a couple of weeks ago for there karaoke..I enjoyed it so I decided to come back and bring a friend by bragging about the food etc.. Like the other reviews I agree with you 100% how they do certain customers.. Depends who works in the inside bartending and certain days I will come because the others aren't so nice.. So Wed night Karaoke my friend and I wanted more drinks.. We decided to try the outside..I waited 6 mins at the bar with no acknowledgement and people came after me getting service.. So, another girl by me and asked have I been serviced yet I told her no.. She spoke loudly up to one of the bartenders to get their attention She came over and we placed our order, I went to go grab my friend to see if he wanted more to drink as well, I come back finally a tall guy with glasses asked have we been helped and I told him the girl is supposedly fixing my drinks but my friend wants one and he asked me what I was ordering.. She comes around and lays my drink down after how long I asked for it and I told her to tell him to not make them now because you already have made them for how long it took you. He comes with the same drinks, and I told him we didn't order all these drinks and I told him the girl was supposed to have told you that you took care of it.. He comes out of his mouth lying stating these drinks are expensive and we have to pay for them out of the bars money..I told my friend no we are not paying extra because of their lack of service and communication.. My friend just said it doesn't matter I'll pay for them, I told him do not leave a tip..I was livid.. To say the least..I hope Brad sees and knows what is going on with his bartenders about their lack of customer service skills.. It's time for a whole new crew because this has gotten really ridiculous.. For the past 3 years.. I love and respect Brad the owner and the history I have there but I will not be returning ever again and I see why my friend Larry stopped coming too.. All the money wasted at this place and to get treated like this constantly in the past couple of years we are all getting fed up. But rest for sure none of us will be returning and I won't be bragging about this place anymore.. It's an embarrassment.. I prefer taking that drive further out to Brandon and Tampa, where the places I go..I get treated with respect and better customer service and service. Be aware people.....
Read moreRecently went to Keel Farms in Plant City because we had great service from Amanda on a handful of occasions, she wasn't there last or this weekend, I found out this past weekend when we went in looking for her that she was no longer there so we left the winery, it just wasn't the same. She was so funny previously during our wine tasting and just overall a genuine person. She had told us before about her past days of bartending. So today me, my hubby and my MIL went to see what she could make for us after finding her on Facebook and asking where she was now. It was so nice to see her! The place was very clean. We are new to Plant City and had never been to Lakeland before. We loved that she took the time to talk about live music on the weekends and daily drink specials but she showed us a new drink menu that was on the table. Husband got the lavender lemonade and I got a strawberry bahama mama. So amazing! She even did this twist with the lemon rind in my husband's drink and don't ask me how but my actual drinking straw had cherries through the top and no pulp through the straw so I didn't have to dig in my drink to scoop them out. She showed us what is an Oyster Bar inside and said that we could explore. We ended up staying for a game of bowling and I have to admit we hadn't played in years but it was SO MUCH FUN! The place is very very clean. Bathrooms spotless, not what you'd expect from a bowling alley and it looks like they had a really cute setup for games that we noticed when we were leaving. While there we had some breaded wings with sauce in the side. They were fresh, hot with the perfect crunch! We will definitely be back. Well worth the thirty five minute drive to see her and experience something new drink and location wise. She is an amazing bartender with an upbeat attitude. We will be back this Saturday for live music! Hope she...

11:32pm An employe comes on the line and I tell him I would like to place an order, he says im sorry mam you would have to come in a place an order we are done with phone orderes... i laugh a bit and say no problem im in the parking lot ill walk in now... he replys "ok bet"(spoiler alert.... it was not very "ok bet")
11:35pm I sit down at bar, bartender says give me a min ill be right back, so i gave him a min 🤷🏾♀️ i had plenty .
11:36pm He comes back "You wanna order?" In my head "ummm yea!" Out loud "Yea can i get 20 wings"
11:37 mr bartender (sing the last part in yo tpain voice) says sorry kitchen is closed...
