This location has a handful of rude employees, specifically during night shift. They have the worst attitudes in the area. I would avoid this location if you don't like being yelled at, I just experienced that from one of the girls on night shift.
For context, I pulled up to the intercom and the female employee said "go ahead with your order". I asked if they still had a recent deal & she interrupted me and said no. I then told her my first sandwich and then she said "hold on". I waited about 3 minutes. The line next to me was empty the entire time until a car pulled in while I was still on hold. I then hear the same female employee ask what the other car wanted. They placed their order and pull off. Then, same thing happened for the next car in that same line. Meanwhile, I'm still on "hold" in my line. About 8 mins has passed at this point.
I eventually pull forward to the first window because I'm literally just sitting their listening to orders being taken. I told the girl taking orders that I was placed on hold and was never able to "complete" my order. She tells me and I quote "that's not my fault, I was handling other people". I told her when I initially began my order, no one was in the other line. She then proceeds to start yelling at me saying "I SAID I WAS HANDLING OTHER PEOPLE SO IF U WANT TO ORDER YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF LINE AND START BACK OVER BECAUSE I CAN'T DO UT AT THE WINDOW. At that point, I knew that she just didn't want to take my order because I have had previous employees take and edit my order plenty of times at the window. Ultimately I wasn't going to argue and waste anyone's time behind me so I calmly pulled off after that. Never have I been spoken to like that at a fast food place so if your in the mood to deal with that type of behavior at night, this is the place to take your chance on.
I can't say anything bad about the food here, it's pretty good most of the time. This is a location I go to maybe once a month or so because I live near by. Unfortunately, the service is just not good during night hours. The employees aren't friendly by the least, but this has been my worst...

I summarize my experience based on over 10 visits to this particular McDonald’s. Only twice did I have my order taken within a minute of being at the register. Both of those times was because it appeared that the district manager or maybe a higher executive was in the dining room.
You absolutely MUST pay with a card here at the kiosk and you are NOT allowed to use the register to pay cash unless you want to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged…(when I say acknowledged, I mean that the employees will look at you but not say anything. Then they will continue their loud conversations with each other while you wait for your order to be taken at the register) Sometimes the employees are putting orders together for drive thru and sometimes they aren’t engaged in any activity except for socializing amongst themselves.
Grant it, if I used the kiosk, I will still choose to pay with cash so I would need to go to the resister and wait. This is why, I simply go to the register to pay. I keep meaning to purchase a McDonald’s gift card so I can use the kiosk…I just always forget til it’s too late. Read moreToday reminded me why I do not come to this location. 2 individuals in front of me, both had orders totalling about $4 (so they were a small order, is what I'm getting at) and it took the cashier like 9 minutes to even get to me because they kept chatting with the other two. After I totalled up and paid, I didn't get a receipt or a table number thing (so they know which table to bring food)
After about 5 minutes a young lady was walking around with a tray and didn't see a number. I asked her if it was a plain McChicken and a McDouble and she just looked at me confused. I saw the labels on the food and it was so I let her know it was mine. Still know response from her. As I was turning around with the tray to go to my seat she mumbles, "Just take the food then...."
At that point I turned around and let her know that I didn't get my receipt and that I also paid for a beverage. She went and got a cup for me, without another word from her mouth.
Would have been nice for them to apologize for the issues, but she was dumbfounded.
