This place deserves 0 stars. Customer service and listening skills are non existing here. I specifically tried to avoid going to the young black girl with the box plaits. Every single time i tell her the toppings I want she literally comes back with nothing on my ice cream. The guy that work there is decent but for whatever reason when I walked up he closed window and started acting like he was doing something but really just starting to the girl with works with him. I literally waited five minutes for some more people to come so they can skip me to go to that girl. Two people came and went to that girl then I was next and the guy still didn't come to window. I literally had no choice but to deal with this girl. Sure enough!! What I ordered was not what she brought back to me. Then a older gentleman walked up and guess what!!!! The guy opened his window for him !!! Unbelievable....... me and the older gentleman ordered the same exact thing large vanilla ice cream on a cone. Tell me why mine looked like a baby ice cream and the guys ice cream looked so big it was falling over. I don't even think the girl that works there just forgets your order just because I think she does it on purpose just to be an a**. Don't bother ordering a large of anything if that girl with braids make it, it'll still be equivalent to baby ice...

It had my name and the amount of time I had been there since hitting the "arrived at store" button on my app. You may have been having issues but you weren't when I arrived. And I waited until after she took their order to knock on the window. She could have at least spoken to me before going on to make their entire order first. She ignored me on purpose, and she was talking to the customers about it. I heard their comment about "patience is a virtue." It's no wonder that most of your bad reviews are about the service. Also, thanks for calling DoorDash. That means less offers that I will have to decline and hurt my acceptance percentage. 👍
They will make the delivery drivers wait 5 to 10 minutes at the window before they will even acknowledge you while they make orders for the customers in front of them, when it would have only taken about 15 seconds to go grab your order that was already made before you got there. She told me no she couldn't because the owner wants to sell all the old pints they have in The freezer first. So she gave me and old Strawberry pint when I opened it looked like 3 months old icecream plus it wasn't Strawberry and cheesecake swirl that I wanted. I told Avery, this ice cream looks like 3 months old and she replied "yes we are allowed to sell ice-cream as old as 3 months" She exchanged it for a better one from the freezer but she never gave me the product I wanted because she "wasn't allowed to" I was SMH.
