Now let me be frank... my experiences with bdubs have pretty much always never been good, but tonight was the epitome of bad customer service & management as a whole. It’s a casual Sunday evening in Colorado during the fall, so the temps are dropping into the low 40’s high 30’s at night, which isn’t warm... so my girlfriend and I decided why not give it another shot? I wish I could comment on the service of the joint itself, but we didn’t even get that far; we took one step in through the first set of doors only to have a manager speed up to us and stand in front of the entryway, and tell us that we need to stand outside while people finish up and exit before we can even enter to get our name on the list. Mind you, it wasn’t in a friendly tone either - to me it sounded like someone who doesn’t have experience managing, and cracked under the pressure of a few parties trying to enter at once. Don’t get me wrong, COVID has set a certain set of guidelines for restaurants, and I understand that, but to tell you customer BEFORE THEY EVEN ENTER THE ESTABLISHMENT to stand outside in cold weather so other people can finish at their table and walk out first is pretty ridiculous. If that’s the case, then why not have a concierge outside at the door maintaining the list from there? Because it’d be inappropriate to ask an associate to stand outside in the cold? But somehow it’s okay to tell your customer to do that, right? This was easily the biggest joke of an experience I’ve had at a bdubs to date. I felt bad for the poor bloke next to us who was trying to get it - he was there well before us, and he was trying to pick up a door dash order; the “manager” literally told him that it didn’t matter what he was there for, and that he needed to stand outside, and wait him to come get him when enough people clear out. Unfortunately for this bdubs, I don’t take being disrespected/disregarded very well, so in the morning, I’ll be making a phone call to some connects I have in the corporate offices. Absolutely abysmal display of customer service. Do yourself a favor, and go literally...
Read moreBad customer service. Wings were not even cooked enough and barely had any sauce. They brought out one old fry and one fresh. We asked for veggies when ordering and did not get them until we paid and asked again. The waitress forgot to give my credit card back. I do not live by this one just happen to be in the area. So I called and not even exaggerating the phone rang about 30x before they finally answered. I thought I dialed the number wrong and was about to hang up. Then when I told they about my card and gave them the waitress name off my receipt they put me on hold 4x since random ppl kept getting on the phone. Finally the supervisor Brenda gets on and says what's yr name so I give it to her same name on my cc. She says yeah I have yr card it was found at the table you were at. Which is a complete lie since she only gave me the receipt to sign. Doesnt even matter I tell her I'm on my way and will be there shortly. So I walk in no one in the front knows what I'm talking about good thing I remember her name mostly because she had a rude condescending tone on the phone. They one girl goes to find her. Now this place is not that big so not sure why it took the girl 15min to come back and say she will be right up and I think she has yr card. I was confused to why the girl didnt just get the card from her instead of wasting even more of my time. So another 10 min go by and Brenda comes up. At this point I'm super frustrated already at the fact I was inconvenienced to have to drive all the way back to this location and the phone phone situation and now I had to wait 25min even though I said I was going to be right there to get my card. Then Brenda says do you have an ID I can see. I was like are you kidding me. They didnt ID me at the table and you never said to bring my ID. So no I do not but I called you gave you my waitress name and the my name off my credit card. So she finally hand over my card. They are so unprofessional and one of the worst services from literally the waitresses to the cooks, the ppl who dont answer the phone and the...
Read moreWe went to buffalo wild wings for a celebration. We waited over an hour and a half to be seated. We had a 2 year old with us who was hungry and was getting cranky. We had a party of 8. The 2 youngsters that were writing everyone's name and party size was taking people with 6 and 7 in their party ahead of us and they arrived well after we did. We asked why they kept doing this. Their reply was there weren't any tables available. If they can seat 6 and 7 people.....they could accommodate one more person. When they finally called us the kid went and told his boss something and he came to talk to me. He asked what the problem was and I explained the situation. He replied that there were no tables and that we shouldn't be coming on Tuesday. He was very hateful. I have never been there before so I didn't understand what he meant by that comment. He proceeded toward the kitchen where he stood with his arms crossed in front of him. We sat there for a few minutes and realized they were totally ignoring us. We left. I tried to call in a complaint but the company has it set up to solicit item's to be be purchased. A package from VALUE PASS. The first lady hung up on me when I said I wasn't interested. The second guy kept me on the phone for about 35 minutes. I got very angry with him and I started yelling and I said again that I wanted to be connected to the complaint line. He kept ignoring my request. I finally hung up. So I'm posting this review. Don't go there with a large group or you'll starve. The store and manager is located at 415 South Wadsworth Blvd Lakewood, Colorado and the manager's name that was rude to us is JEREMIAH Like I said before that was my first visit there and it will be my last. I'm still trying to get a hold of someone in corporate who will take my complaint. BEWARE of this place. I noticed that the reviews only show one star. If I could have I would have not...
