So this was not the first incident where my order was botched. I can understand if they were busy, mistakes happen. With that said, this has not been the case ... consistently. Tonight I ordered the $7 trio with an original chicken sandwich, no mayo and extra lettuce, a medium fries and a sprite. When I got home I got a soggy chicken sandwich with tons of hot mayo and no lettuce. I drove back to have them remake my order since the fries were now cold. The manager was at the window and was obviously put out and short with me. I told him that I had to drive all the way back and wanted a fresh batch of fries. He told me no because they didnt, "mess up the fries." He ignored any attempt I tried to make to speak with him, so I cut my losses and went back home with my new chicken sandwich and cold petrified French fries.
When I got home, there was definitely no mayo and there must be a lettuce shortage in the United States or the staff needs to be educated on the word extra, because the new chicken sandwich had a sprinkling of some tired looking lettuce. This experience was anything but satisfying or pleasant.
I dont know about anyone else, but if I'm dropping a good dine on a meal for my family regardless of where it's from, I expect to receive good service and good hot food. That is something that evades this location and since it's a consistent issue, I'll be following up with Buger Kings Corporate office to place a...
Read moreFOOD SHORTAGE BUT RUDE CUSTOMERS SERVICE A-PLENTY. I was the only customer in the line upon arrival and I immediately told the drive-through employee I had a coupon for basically 2 breakfast meals. She said they were out of hashbrowns ("No worries! I understand.") and then the attitude started when I asked if there was an alternative and she started talking to me as if I was the idiot (The coupon was no longer a "deal" if they could only provide 4/6 items (almost $9)- I remained positive as she patronized me about "getting coffee too though"). "No thank you, I'll save the coupon and just get the 2 sandwich deal please." ("$5.50" I was told dismissively) I pull up smile, trying my absolute hardest to help stop receiving the attitude. "$5.50". She snatches my card, runs it while she's yelling at her staff about not having ANY sides. Returns card, thrusts food at me and SLAMS WINDOW AGAIN AS I AM THANKING HER. I waved. The other employee sees me reeling at this point and opens the window (she seemed kind) With the original cashier in earshot I calmly said something along the lines of "I understand you guys are stressed due to supply shortage or whatever. I'm sorry and I didn't mean to piss her off even further. I hope the rest your guys' day improves and SHE needs to work on her (expletive) attitude." We exchange nods, smiles and "Have a good days". The entire experience was less than 5 minutes but enough...
Read moreOne thing I will say is when I go to this Burger King it’s always something and it’s always a problem. I’ve been going here and stayed out here for the past six months now and every time I pull up there around 10:00 PM they’re always coming on the intercom before ordering talking about they ran out of fries ran out of onion rings and ran out of burgers to make their actual burgers. I don’t understand how that happens or why that happens but it is very frustrating when you have crying kids in the back of the car thinking that they’re going to get food in or you have to turn around and figure out what you’re gonna do next for them. I’ve been doing this for the last two weeks pulling up around the same time to see if they give me the same answer, and it’s always the same answer but when you drive past the window, you can see them have their own burgers and food lined up for them to get ready to leave. I don’t know if they have a manager working but somebody from corporate definitely need to come in and see what’s going on in there because that is not cool especially they’re missing out on money when people are trying to spend money and get food from there. Every time this happens but I believe that someone from corporate or hire a person should be working the night shift in controlling what’s going on and maybe ordering enough product for them to last until...
