This is a HORRIBLE food establishment! My story is long so I will try to shorten it. I went to Good Times and ordered a burger with no pickles, and a guac. bac. burger both were combo meals. Lite ice on the drinks. Sat in the drive thru listening to teenage girls discuss their love lives, then got the bag and went home, 5 miles away. Apon arriving home and opening the bag, we see that Matt's burger is a dry burnt patty and my guac. burger is SO freaking greasy, it was awful! The fries were cold and the drinks had full ice. We took it back going up to the window. We were ignored until Matt knocked on the window. Then the teenage girl who was talking about her love life opened the window and became very agitated at what we had to say. When she began raising her voice, I had to cut her off letting her know that as a customer I have a right to tell you how we feel! She then gave us our money back, after giving us more attitude. Oh, and she said she was the manager. Seriously, Good Times? Have a teenager be manager? They are not capable of handling adult situations! The attitude was ridiculous, above all. Please, train and hire people who want these jobs, and are proud to be managers. This was a child. Come on! I will no longer be going back to this establishment. This is SO...

I would have to drive back 20 mins to get refund. Manager asked me what i wanted I said if I have to drive back 20 mins then I would like new food and a refund for my time and trouble manager said no one or the other accused me of being rude and hung up on me. I called again and asked for her managers name she said Allen call tomorrow and I’ll be here we can all talked about how rude I was and hung up again. I called back to let her know I was driving back up for my refund 24.00 it not cheap and looked awful see pic. Drive up surprising she was rude again took her 15 mins to refund my money no apology just attitude. I will be calling corporate.
In response to owner instead of a gift card please train your staff better to not escalate issues and to be less abrasive. I have eaten at several of good times and the food quality and service had gone way downhill so a gift card would be useless I do not intend to patronize...
Read moreI grew up loving Good Times. These past couple years, they all seem to be skimping on quality big time. Seems like the patty has thinned down, and the onions and tomatoes are so skimpy or non-existent.
The Red Onion is what makes the Deluxe so great, but I swear, of the past 6 times I have been we are lucky to even get one ring of the onion on the burger. You used to get an actual slice of red onion, full rings.
The tomato looked like it was the end cut off a roma tomato (and only one on the burger), not much larger that a dollar coin. They used to be as large as the sandwich!
The meat was good tasting, but the size certainly seems to have changed.
Wild fries have been consistent, when still hot, they were this last round.
I miss the old Good Times, it was great, something to brag about, and look forward to. Seems that McDonald's down the road is a better choice for a deluxe burger these days, and that makes me sad. I hope things get better at GT.
Also, one would think that the Good Times across from Corporate would be on...
