Omerica Organic — Local services in Lakewood

I can’t speak to some of the experiences that I’m reading on the negative reviews here, but I can tell you my experience with Omerica Organic. I first started ordering from them when I lived in Indiana, back in 2008ish. I first started with ordering from their penny reserves on eBay, and never had a single issue. The items were always packaged well, my orders were always correct, and I received my items within a reasonable amount of time.

Fast forward to about 10 years later, I’ve lived in 4 different states and order directly off of Omerica’s website. I still receive my items within a reasonable amount of time, they are always packaged with care, and I am always very happy with my products. I have no issues with maintaining my jewelry and all of my pieces have held up over time.

I ordered some jewelry back in the fall, so maybe about five months ago, and just now had an issue with something coming loose. I contacted the company via email on Saturday (when they are closed) and got an email back Monday morning (today) as soon as they were open. I realize now, the issue I have was due to my own negligence.

The first time I discovered this amazing company was so many years ago, when I purchased two pairs of their wood plugs from a famous body jewelry retailer located in Texas. I was impressed by the top quality of their wood and beauty of handmade craftsmanship; the differences between their wood products and all the others that can be normally found on the market were remarkable. I was intrigued, so I browsed on their website (omericaorganic.com) and a world opened before my eyes; I discovered they did things in an ethical way, they paid attention to the environment and waste recycling, and last but not least, the wood they used were completely natural, without the use of harsh chemicals. From that day until now, I can confirm that their professionalism, kindness, quality of products and ethics have remained unchanged. A few days ago I purchased from them two pairs of “mountains and snowflake plugs”; their beauty is impressive and warm. They trasmit “sensations of nature”! And even the cardboard sleeve that contained them (that I have recycled for other use) smells like fresh cut trees!
