We have not ordered Johnny's in probably 2 years. We used to order atleast 1 every few weeks but we noticed quality and service declining. We made the decision tonight to try again and I regret that decision we ordered for delivery as we have a sick household and did not want to go out and risk spreading our colds to the world. My confirmation said I would have my food by 6:55. At 6:45 I missed a phone call, we called right back and the young girl believe she said her name was Lysa said the driver named Heath could not find us, my husband confirmed they had the correct address and 5 mins later no one showed. He called back and the young girl said the driver told her our address is non existent. We have had numerous deliveries here with no issues. My husband gave her again specific instructions on where our house was and she said again he would be right there. Another 10 go by and I call back as we are waiting outside for this pizza and she proceeds to tell us that he is taking another delivery and then will be to us. When I asked how long that will take she couldn't tell me she said she didnt know. When I said my pizza is going to be cold by the time it gets here all she says is I'm sorry. Why they think it's okay to just blow us off after we are working with them to find us is beyond me. The driver never attempted to call us, not once! After explaining i do not want cold pizza all she said was im sorry i asked for a refund and she said okay. I asked for a refund receipt and she said ill recieve it on my phone. Weird as i recieved confirmation of the order via email. The whole situation seems odd so ill be contacting my bank tomorrow to make sure this money is actually returned to us. Now we have to go out to get food, go in public sick which we didnt want to do because a delivery driver is unable to enter and address correctly. My house shows on Google maps, again never had issues with any other restaurants deliveries. Not once did the young girl who answered the phone even attempt to make the situation right with us or try to even care or understand why we wouldn't want cold pizza we paid good money for. For any future pations, don't waste your money or time, go somewhere else this place...
Read moreI’m only giving one star as you have to leave at least one. We’ve been good customers of Johnnys for well over a decade when Brandon was the head cook there. NEVER any issues. This place has gone down hill so bad that I will never eat here again. The 1st burnt pizza was ordered exactly 2 weeks ago today, we order pizza every Sunday. Called & spoke to Justice who credited us another pizza. Ordered the pizza today and this is what we got it’s so burnt that you can barely see any sauce as it disintegrated into the burnt pizza. Called Justice back who proceeded to yell at me and, verbatim, said, “I tried to help you guys I even told the guys not to burn the pizza”! There’s a HUGE problem if you have to tell YOUR cooks “not to burn the pizza”! Obviously this happens ALOT. What if you’re a brand new customer and you’re ordering a Johnnys pizza and it comes out like this? Guess what Johnny, you just lost a brand new customer to somewhere else. We will never go back there again. Pretty sad that even Pizza Huts pizza by far is better that what’s coming out of Johnnys Pizza. Congratulations Justice, you lost more business and potentially new customers. Don’t yell at your customers either, that obviously shows that Johnnys pizza could care less about their customers. Save your money and go elsewhere even frozen pizza is better than Johnnys pizza right now. Unbelievable. Guess the secret is to tell them to undercook it then maybe, just maybe, it’ll come out just slightly burnt and not black and...
Read moreI've been ordering pizza from Johnny's for the past 3 years and it's been really good, up until recently. Which is sad, because when I had people visit from out of town this is what I would suggest. A couple weeks ago we ordered online and it took OVER 2 hours for our food to get to us. We even called an hour and 15 min after the order was placed and they said everything was fine and they were sorry it was taking so long. 45 min later they called to say there was an issue with our order and wanted to see if we still wanted it. Jose, the manager on staff was nice enough to credit us a small pizza for next time. Unfortunately next time was still a horrible experience. We called and ordered a small pepperoni pizza with jalapenos. The first order we received wasn't ours at all. When we called to fix the issue the person who picked up the phone (Tim I believe) tried to state that I was mistaken. So we went back and forth for about 5 min until he apologized and said he could see the issue and the driver delivered the wrong order. When I asked to speak with his manager he said there wasnt one on the floor and that he couldn't do anything to refund or credit us and if I wanted to speak with a manager I'd have to call back tomorrow. He said hed deliver the pizza himself, and he did. But it was undercooked and had pineapples on it. All in all the food used to be amazing but is only okay now, and the delivery system is the...
