Froyo Zone — Local services in Lakewood

Went in for second time and will never return. Upon arrival with my family, we noticed the cashier sitting in corner, on phone, with a piece of tissue shoved up his nostril. We lined up, made our choices, when one kid in our group wanted another flavor of yogurt added, which prompted the cashier to get frustrated and started ordering everyone around, still with a rolled up tissue hanging out of nose, saying we are closing soon (it was 7:22pm and they close at 9pm) are you getting yogurt, we have a big group in here, line up, pull harder, hurry!!! I was a bit taken back, asking if the man was doing ok, he became flustered and started waving his hands at us. I responded by saying I wasn’t aware this was the yogurt olympics. My total came to $47 for 5 people. I will never drop $50 again on this sour yogurt place. It tastes like they don’t clean their machines, has a very bad old dairy flavor and then being rushed out of the store after paying so much for an underrated product… I never leave reviews but this place needs to learn how to...

They open at 12. Went in shortly after they opened. One of the ladies were cleaning and it seemed like us going in bothered her because she was mopping. She mopped the area we walk on to get yogurt. We went and got the yogurt. Seemed like she got mad and mopped the area again. Lady at the register was super nice. Also a guy at the front was nice. Nothing bad to say about that! As we are sitting and eating our yogurt the same lady that was mopping starts moving chairs around us to fix them and hits the chair my daughter is sitting on. I told my daughter not to move because we are sitting there eating she could have done that after we left! This is the 2nd bad experience here. This is the best frozen yogurt in the area. Hands down. They always have an amazing selection of flavors for anyone's taste. A phenomenal array of toppings, and customer service have never been an issue. The prices are unbeatable for the quality, and the store is very clean. This place will beat any large Froyo corporations out there. The best part is that my wife's and my favorite boba place ( Boba Chic) Is in with Froyo zone.
