I happen to have spent about 3 years in the insurance industry in an old life, so needless to say I am VERY picky when it comes to working with insurance agents. I know their tricks, their schemes, and when they are actually good, or not ...
... Long story short, these are among the FEW good ones. Specifically I have worked very close with Jesse Matthes and he treats me exceptionally well, every time. Here's a few reasons why I recommend them over and over:
They are independent, meaning they regularly shop rates with multiple providers to make sure you are getting the best deal (no one can beat their rates!) They know the product ... They know where others cut corners, and they NEVER do. IMHO, they will not write policies that do not cover you adequately, and if you try and get the "bare minimum" at your detriment they won't let you buy that kind of policy. They explain WHY they do what they do: If you do not understand policies, they will tell you why certain elements are not good for you, OR why other elements are unnecessary. They are honest ... I have referred friends to them who have not been able to get a better price, and they were honest about the overages, and not pushy.
I could go on, and on ... but long story short, call them, specifically, call and ask for Jesse Matthes ... 15 minutes could save you (okay probably more like 30 because he does it...
Read moreHave had this ins for my transmission shop for several years. I have to say the ins and the company is good but the employee named CINDY COLE, needs to learn some customer service. She does things to try and get rid of you rather than trying to help you. I work on cars, transmissions, sence she took over my account she has tryed everything she can do to try and drop me, the latest thing she did was order an audit of my business, for no reason other than trying to find something rong. The person they sent out was looking at everything, he asked me why they were doing this audit, becouse he stated this is the nicest repair shop he had ever been in.thout everything was good then out of the blue i get a letter from CINDY COLE moths later Telling me i have to up my ins coverage. To cover each car at 25,000 dollers or they will cancel me out. I called CiNDY COLE to explain the problem and she got a very bad attitude with me. She wants me to carry 25,000 dollers worth of coverage on each car that i have in my shop. The problem with that is the cars are always 7 to 20 yrs old valued at about 7 to 10,000 dollers. When trying to expain it to CINDY COLE, she is unwilling to hear what i have to say. So i had no choice but to contact the owner BRADFORD W. COLLING. With a cerified letter.now just waiting to hear from mr. Colling. I will post a fallow up when i hear from mr....

When I first came to them I had Chad Maxey, what a great agent he was and I'll admit I was nervous in whom might be my next agent. I understand that Chad, but he left to seek out his own business endeavors. Once Chad left I had the opportunity to meet Jesse Mathies. What a great guy he has been in every aspect of helping my family with all of our auto insurance needs. I trust Jesse with the fullest extent. Jesse has never shown frustration with me in all the changes I've made to my policies over the years. I feel I have a great repore and a friendship has been established. I also hold a small business policy with Colling insurance where Ashley gave me great support in making sure my policy needs have been met. I have to say both my insurance agents are knowledgeable and care about my needs. IT'S been an honor to have them in my corner and I have the utmost respect.
