This location seems to be in perpetual crisis. For the first couple of months I attributed order errors to it being a new restaurant. Today, I pulled into the drive-through at approximately 4:05 pm. There were 3 cars in front of me, split between 2 ordering lanes and cars in front of them. I placed my order, 3 fingers, 1 sauce, unsweet tea with lemon. The clerk asked if I wanted a combo, to which I replied no, and repeated the order. I was having a difficult time understanding the clerk because this drive thru is very close to the heavily trafficked So. Wadsworth. He once again repeated my order, 3 finger combo with lemonade. Thinking this person was having as hard a time hearing me, as I was hearing them, I used a louder voice to repeat the correct order, 3 fingers, one sauce, unsweet tea with lemon. All of a sudden another person cuts me off, tells me the person I'm yelling at is in training and she's sorry I'm frustrated but I need to exercise some patience. I wasn't frustrated until that very second. She then repeats the order to me, and again, repeats the drink as lemonade and not unsweet tea with lemon. It's pretty obvious they were not hearing me. Of note, it was 4:34 pm when I drove out of the drive thru. In the future, I will use those minutes to drive up to the Wheat Ridge location. It's been a couple of months since I ate here, and although closer to my home and the chicken is fine, the customer service...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend come to this location all the time and get amazing service but today (8/22/23 at 6:46 PM)was not it. When we got there a teenage kid at the front counter was rude and made it feel like he didn't wanna be there. We than sat down to wait 25 minutes for our food to then, be greated to another rude teenager. I asked for a box combo sub coleslaw for extra toast. My girlfriend got 3 finger combo with extra toast. The first teenager rung it up as that and when I was handed the food there was coleslaw instead of the toast. I mentioned that to the 2nd teenager and he gave me a attitude and said I got the extra toast pointing at my girls food. I then corrected him saying we both wanted the extra toast and he handed it back to get the toast, to then hand it to me aggressively causing one on my tenders to fall off the basket hit the table. I didn't say anything because I was already upset about my experience. When I sat down and ate my food, my chicken was cold and my girlfriends was overcook. We also observed another teenager talk to people in the lobby while there was a line and a 4th teenager walking around the lobby doing nothing and not taking orders as well. This place is usually very good with service and the food...
Read moreYou know how sometimes you go to a fast food place and you feel like the staff are all questioning their life choices?
This is not the case with Raising Cane's in Littleton! The coach, aka manager, gave excellent front-of-house service. It was obvious to me that he and the assistant coach were leaders. They were willing to bus tables, manage staff or fix equipment. Whatever is needed.
The rest of the staff were following these examples. There were warm greetings, smiles, and offers to help all around.
Our food was ready before we could finish filling our soda!
I give the service and atmosphere five stars.
Now to the food. The menu is simple, chicken fingers, sauce, fries, toast, and cole slaw. No taking-forever-to-order drama! The chicken was super moist and tender with a nice crispy coating. The fries were fresh and not over-salted. I love me a good batch of French fries! The sauce was yummy. The slaw was not my favorite, and the toast was not my thing, but my husband loved it!
I give the food four stars.
So even with four stars on the food, the service is well worth the visit. It feels like a friendly place. I would rather have stellar service and good food than stellar food and service that makes ME question my...
