I've been going to this Wendy's for over 30 years occasionally of course its busy or maybe I'll get cold food but nothing to major or hard to fix. Today on the other hand was a bad experience. The woman behind the counter was very patient with me and my mom in our ordering ( adding mayo and extra onions and canceling part of the order and reordering it in a less expe sieve way with a value meal) she had a great attitude even thou it was a little busy. By the time we were done ordering the Manager Gustavo had it thrown on a tray and had our frostie in his had slamming it down saying here's your order its ready ( his attitude was very impatient) I asked if the frostie was a large since at first we ordered a medium. He grabbed the frostie and slammed it down and said yes your orders ready. ( again forcefully and with an attitude) I asked for bbqs sauce he gtlrabed a few and threw them on my tray. I asked him for a side of mayo because I knew the order had been completed so quickly that our burgers didn't have it on them. Once back at my table I realized the bbq sauce he had given me had holes in them. I went back to the counter to make a complaint and got the managers name and corporate number. When all done and back at my table my mom was done and all my food was cold. Frustrated I went back to the counter and the new manager on duty heard me out and to my surprise replaced all my food with fresh hot food . Her name was Alicia, because of her I will go back be abuse even she admitted the earlier manager should never have handled our food in that way or had an attitude to begin with. It always amazes me when mangers that work in customer service positions have an attitude with the public because with out a public there's no job for them. The lady in the black kept on rushing us after we ask to have a couple seconds because we have a big order to place. So then when I begun to place the orders she kept on saying; ok thatās it, after every order, after saying I have a big order to place. Part of the order was wrong and I was patiently waiting thinking they were going to give us the rest of our order, then once the manager in the red finally came to the window she basically tried to brush us away and said, āwe have a line behind usāand Iām telling her our order is incomplete. And I told her we order 5 kids meal in total and she then had an attitude because her tone got aggressive and she told me āI only paid for just 3 kids mealā then I handed her the receipt and she then slam the window shut repetitively , so after that I started recording them. The lady in all black started recording us back when they were in the wrong! After waiting again the lady in the red whom is a āmanagerā gave us the missing kids meal without having a professional manner apologizing. I was close to wanting to ask for a refund but then she already had handed me the rest of the ordersā¦. Kids meals come with ranch and we didnāt even get that also, then asking her for the ranches for the kids meal for the nuggets she just slammed the window shut. I requested their names and they can hear us because the window was cracked open a little and both of the ladies kept looking at me so then I just drove out the drive way to go inside because they wanted to ignore me. When I went inside they still didnāt want to give me their name. Then the lady in the all black yelled at me to leave them alone. Reason why I ask for both of their names was to report them to cooperate and/or HR. I calm my composure down and try to find a lawyer that can handle this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had numerous bad experiences with this Wendy's location. In general, I like Wendy's a lot. However, I do not like this location. There was a time that my dad and I were eating lunch there. The maintenance man came in and hassled another man (who had ordered a drink) about using their internet connection. He was a customer! It is not like he just came in and used the internet without buying anything. When my dad and I tried to be nice to the maintenance man, he ignored us and rudely walked away. I was obviously very angered about this incident. When I called and asked to speak to the supervisor, I was told the supervisor wouldn't even be there for another two hours. I replied that they better be there when I call again. I was furious at this point!!! At least I finally got hold of the supervisor and explained why I was upset about this incident. This was not the only bad experience I had at this Wendy's. I have also gotten sick eating at this location. This has never happened at any other Wendy's location including Buena Park and Las Vegas. I am not sure if it is the food or drink machine. There was also a time that I went to this Wendy's on Thursday nights and one of the cashiers was very rude to me and had an attitude. This happened more than once. I finally stopped going to this Wendy's on Thursday nights. However, the final straw was the aforementioned incident with the maintenance man. It is obvious that this Wendy's location does not care for their customers. Otherwise, they would not behave in this manner. I did file a complaint with Wendy's corporate about my experience with this location. I will still eat at Wendy's. However, I will never eat at this Wendy's...
