Very interesting concept! More than just a restaurant, this is a cooking experience for ramen lovers. Bit of a learning curve due to all the variety and the fact that you cook your own food to customize it to your specific tastes, but don't worry, the staff are friendly, patient, and helpful! You'll get more variety here than you would ever find at a typical ramen restaurant with pro chefs and whatnot, but also higher quality ingredients than you're likely to have making ramen at home. Don't worry about skill either. I don't think of myself as a particularly skilled chef, but I tried putting together a kimchi ramen with extra kimchi add ons, beef, shitake mushrooms, all topped off with some sweet chili sauce, and the results were great, honestly almost about as good as I've ever had at a typical ramen restaurant, with the added satisfaction of having picked out my ingredients and cooked it myself. For price, be prepared for about $10-$20, but due to the customizability, you can absolutely make a tasty dish for under $10, or go all out building something extravagant for over $20 if you feel like it. The atmosphere is very fun, with cute anime decor, a tv playing anime, Jpop music in the background, and cute little mini video game consoles you can play. There's enough variety in the menu that I feel like I could come dozens of times before I'd tried everything I wanted to, and at the same time, it feels like this is such a good idea that I can't imagine it won't explode in popularity eventually and grow even bigger over time. I'll definitely be...

This place is really awesome! I love that the menu is enormous to choose from for this, build your own experience. I had a really good time with the experience part of it- I went on a double date with my husband and friends and it was fun taking time mixing and cooking together and discussing all of the amazing ingredients. Another big bonus is that the assortment of options is so large that virtually any one can come and make something that they're going to Absolutely love love! The dining room it's definitely on theme, which just made the experience even better. I love that there's games around and I cannot wait to bring my son. The owner was so kind, explained everything easily, and even came out to check on us. The service was awesome! Honestly, there isn't anything that I think could have been done better or differently that would have topped it. The Lancaster restaurant scene just got even better, which I wasn't sure could happen! Oh also, the value is great! If you have a limited budget for your meal or lunch one night or day, definitely stop in &...

If you're a noodle lover looking for a cool, creative, and delicious experience, you have to check out this INTERACTIVE ramen spot! Huge disclaimer: YOU COOK YOUR OWN FOOD. It's a very fun concept you build your own ramen with unlimited combo options, and it’s tiered from “Novice” to “Ramen Pro,” which adds an extra layer of fun. The vibe here is very playful & unique. The owner was incredibly welcoming and personally walked us through the entire ramen building process. You could tell that she really cared about her new business and making sure the customer walks away feeling like this was a good and easy experience. The food was really yummy. My daughter was super proud of her concoction and ate every last bite. She was already planning our next visit before we even left. Make sure to ring the bell on your way out to let them know the service & food...

I paid 18 dollars for instant noodles I had to cook myself. The concept in theory, is cool. But the execution was poor. I don’t mind the cooking myself part, it’ was everything else about it. The tiny, expensive portions, the paper bowls the burned while you cooked. How I left still hungry. $6 - The ramen itself $3 - for 3 of the SMALLEST fish cakes i’ve ever seen $2 - 4 rice cakes $1.25 - cold hard boiled egg $1.25 - sprinkle of enoki mushrooms $0.75 - shredded cheese $2.50 - a 12oz fountain drink I could go to the asian market, get all these ingredients for less, and have enough food for a week. You cook everything in a paper bowl on a hot plate that burns the paper while you cook so it’s the only thing you can smell while the noodles cook. I dunno. In this Economy. Not how I want to be spending my money

Had to come back and write a new comment so sorry to the owner for the first one l. I definitely didn’t know and understand situations happen I was too eager to try it out. I must say the young man that was there made the experience a wonderful one. He explained everything answered all my questions. FOOD WAS SO GOOD. You make it on your own with soooo many choices. will be back im a new regular lol. Again sorry and hope you feel better to the owner who definitely cares about his business.
