I just had to leave a glowing review as soon as I could! As someone who loves working from coffee shops and discovering new cafes, I can honestly say this is one of the best coffee shops I have found to work from. It hits every note! It has plenty of spacious tables, lots f open seating, plenty of available outlets, nice lighting, ambience and decor, public open WiFi (no password necessary!), friendly customer service, delicious coffee and food, music that's pleasant but not overwhelming or distracting. It's also nice that they are a coffee shop open until 7pm. A bonus as a vegetarian is that they have a good amount of vegan and vegetarian options including pistachio & oat milk, Just egg, vegan cheese, and beyond sausage. I was just visiting Lancaster but if I lived here, I would come all the time. 5/5 stars easy!

When we came in the worker informed us that the food was only going to take 30 minutes. We been here an hour and just 3 minutes ago got our food. They gave me a tea that was beyond boiling point to the extent I had to get a cup of ice in order to drink it. The price and the food portions are horrible. The charge 7 dollars for a kids size yogurt parfait and 15 for a bowl that was not full at all with unmelted cheese. You order things and never had the complete items that were added even tho we got charge for it. Everyone around me got their wrong item in their order and was complaining about the wait time. Even to go orders were taking an hour. It was not a pleasure dinning here.

We were downtown checking out art galleries and decided to have a bite to eat. We had no problem getting a table even though it was busy, ordering was quick and seamless, and the staff was very friendly. Nice relaxed atmosphere, although I will say they could use some ceiling fans to help with air flow and temperature. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Burrito, which turned out to be an extravaganza of flavor! I honestly don't think I've EVER eaten a burrito SO good in my life! The flavors meld and merge together perfectly, and this will quickly become one of your all-time favorites... as it has become one of mine. You totally owe it to yourself to check it out!

june 28 2020 on the owners request I figure I give Prince Street cafe a second chance. I went there Sunday afternoon to get a coffee I understand COVID-19 and the requirement of wearing a mask. I was on a cruise riding my motorcycle and i saw they where open so I open the door and I asked the staff if I’m required to wear a mask. I’m a dark Hispanic male and i’m used to being racially profiled specially now a days so the cashiers was quick to reply and make a scene right away no no no will take your order outside go and wait outside that i needed a mask so i stepped outside and looked through the big glass and saw people drinking coffee and eating with out a mask so when the employee came out to take my order outside, I pointed out to him the tables with white couples and families all Caucasian or white whatever not wearing a mask comfortably sitting in air-conditioning drinking their coffee and eating their food while I’m told to wait outside like a dog. I asked the employee what was the difference between me a dark hispanic and the white families so the white employee try to white explain to me why they have the right to be inside without a mask and I don’t I kind of figured black and brown lives matter to your company when you want a postop or you want to post something online or you want to look pretty to others or when you want our money that’s good enough but anything else is not acceptable next time you should put a sign in the front door where it says if you are a person of color will serve you around back that way white folks don’t see us. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected and not appreciated you asking me to give your store a second chance that your policies will be different yeah OK whatever and owner please don’t reply because I really don’t need to hear your excuses Your staff yourself your own ploy ease your family your business owners I don’t really care should treat everybody equal Lee they should not be any special privileges that’s why we’re having this problem now because of people like those in your company oh I understand as a private business you have the right to do whatever you want and you can force people to wear a mask in your store.

seven months ago I went in there with my daughter and she ordered a drink and the gentleman at the counter refused to serve her what she asked and gave us a lecture explaining to her and me that the drink that she order is a Starbucks drink although it was in their menu so he insisted on not making the drink and for us to try something else that he suggested that was similar we payed no tip was left and now they get a 1 star rating but thanks to him I'm definitely going to Starbucks to try...

From a "dasher's" perspective.....EXCELLENT! always fresh....always clean...always professional. The folks that work here are awesome and always ready with a smile. Parking can be a bit of a headache, but thats just becuase of location. Other than that, for those who are wondering whether or not to order it through Door Dash, I would highly recommend this place as a great place to receive and for a dasher to pick up. As far as to purchase on a dasher's budget, absolutely not! Today we had that quick downpour of rain and then it got super humid all of a sudden. Typically I wait outside as to not crowd the inside, but it was just so uncomfortable outside and it wasn't busy and this can of Ginger Ale was staring at me (I love Ginger Ale~) Ran out, grabbed my debit card, came back, picked up my door dash order, asked the price of a can of Ginger Ale, made my delivery and went to the Dollar Tree. Unless I am doing it wrong, I can't afford $4.50 for a single can of Ginger ale soda while being laid off and relying on a Door Dash...

This used to be my wife and I’s go to, the consistency was there until it wasn’t. We get the exact same thing every single time (a sweet and savory BEC - no bacon, egg whites w/avocado) as time went by the sandwich become distasteful; sloppy, thrown together with no apparent regard for the quality of the ingredients (old moldy avocado, burnt bread, runny eggs.. ect.) and even so I proceeded to give them a chance… that was until my last encounter. All of a sudden I was being charged 26.50 rather than 21.50 now an increase in price is one thing yet paired with my unsatisfactory experiences lately… now that’s another! It’s safe to say I’ve had enough and will not be returning. Not to mention the “Lead” with whom I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and blatantly rude. (Kristen, Kirsten ..something along those lines) I’m a sucker for great (even decent) customer service but this just wasn’t it. ** A couple months back I would have totally recommend.. at this point it’s a...
