So here it goes; disappointed to report I ordered an extra large, extra cheese, half pepperoni pizza and picked up the lightest pizza box ever. Upon opening the box at home I found a pizza that looks like it’s missing a cup of cheese and a couple of inches in diameter. Previous pizzas have had a paper thin crust that simply cannot hold the ingredients on top and rips apart as you are pulling your slice away from the pie. Read moreWe have bought several veggie pizzas from Antonio's Pizza in Lancaster, PA. Last evening we got a 14" Stuffed Veggie Pizza with some extra veggies. It was an Italian masterpiece! Apparently he used dough for a 16" to make a bottom crust which was extra thick around the edge and dough for a 12" to make a thin top crust. It was perfectly baked. The crusts are delicious, made with fresh top-quality flour. I appreciate that just mozzarella cheese is used, not sharp cheeses which can cause insomnia and high blood pressure.
