Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Lancaster

This is the second time this year that I've eaten at this Applebee's location, and both visits have been extremely disappointing. Today's visit was filled with horrible service and food that tasted like it was thawed out and warmed up.

We were seated and told that someone would be right with us, but we waited over twenty minutes before our waiter finally took our order. That was the last we saw of him until it was time to pay. After waiting a long while, our food was brought out by another server.

We opted for the bottomless option, and as we were finishing our food, I began to look for our waiter to place another order. I asked a server for help, and she said she'd get our waiter. After another long wait, a completely different person came to our table to take our order. As we waited, yet another person came to our table, asking if we wanted to place an order. I told her that someone else had already taken our next order and that we were waiting for the food. She asked if the order had been placed and said she was about to do so.

Finally, one of the three orders was brought out, and the server asked if we wanted anything else. I informed her that we were missing two orders, so she went to the back to check and came back empty-handed, asking what we had ordered. It was obvious that the full order had never been submitted.

If I could give less than one star, I really would. This experience was beyond frustrating, and I won't be returning to this...

I got buffalo wings and it was like I got the end of the bag with the little pieces of chicken and they were little and thin and crispy not a regular order that I get I would give it a 3 out of the ten and I ordered a steak plate and I asked for it to be done well and it was thin like a half a inch thick and it was warm like it was sitting for five to ten minutes which explains why ever guest around me got there appetizers and and dinner plates 10 min before me even the guests that have arrived after me.. so over all food was a 3 out of 10 and the wait time especially wait for food for a half an hour and receiveing ur plate warm not hot and 15min after the guests that came ten min after me I have sat down.. I don't like to complain in person it this experience really depressed me when I receive food that I wouldn't even serve myself at home and I'm at nice restaurant and I received poor food quality and over all I don't think I'll be returning here to the Lancaster location. I spent 50 bucks and was so angry I left more then half my food there and touched I paid my bill and took off. Super annoyed and it ruined my night . Hope this don't happen to u...if Applebees can reach out to me I can happily change my review.. but yes my experience...

We arrived on sunday 11:45 am with a party of a little over 12 there was only two other couples In the building. Most of the twelve set at 11:45 the rest set at twelve we didn't receive our appetizers until 1. Some never received their appetizers at one 1:50 is when food started coming out. I never received my food. The server Wendy had an on and off attitude and the manager Walter. Never came over to apologize or to help her. Until I told him he should. Not sure if it was a race thing but it definitely seemed like it. Half of our table was missing silver ware the server came back and told us we can do plastic because there is none clean. In a food and hospitality industry that should never be admitted. I never received my food and towards the end I ask Wendy where is my food she said "oh yeah that's right you been order" mine you it was almost two at this point. She came back 20 min later saying I accidentally gave it to another table oops. I'm new in Lancaster. I frequent Applebee's often in other states with large groups. This by far was the worse experience I have ever had. Please don't come here....
