Captain Tony's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lancaster

It is absolutely cramped inside, not to mention the wait time was too long (for cheesesticks, the chicken alfredo and a cheesecake). The chicken alfredo was horrible. The sauce was bad and had a weird aftertaste. The chicken sucked as well.. the cheesesticks were okay at least, however not really crispy at all.. and the cheesecake slice was obviously frozen beforehand. I was thinking maybe we waited so long just because the cheesecake needed to defrost. I do not even get why people like it here. I mean I guess I appreciate the free side of bread.. The pizza is fine I guess (from whsg I could remember) but for a pizza place it should be better than fine. I probably will never come here ever again.. well if I do come here (for some reason) next time, then I will get some cheesesticks. It is the best thing they have and they are not even amazing. Just fine. I also I want to mention that everything here is overpriced. We paid 14 bucks for some cheese sticks and a little slice of cheesecake. Also it costs 3 bucks for a small bottle of soda. Not worth your time and money.

I am kind of a picky eater, though, so I guess take what I say with a grain of salt. I might hate it but you might like it. My brother said the chicken alfredo was good.. so...

I loved their pizzas before they switched owners. They were amazing the fettuccine the chicken fettuccine was amazing. No let me rephrase. It was very good however I don’t know what this was but it was not no chicken fettuccine. They did not give me fettuccine noodles. Maybe if I’m luck I received half an order of chicken with the fettuccine or actually tube pasta, the sauce I’ve tasted better out of a jar from the grocery store I will never ever order from these guys again. My personal pizza was burnt all around the top on the edge. There was no flavor of very bland and I couldn’t find hardly any sausages on it. I think I might’ve had the whole pizza maybe a dozen pieces of sausage little tiny pieces at that they should go back to the old owners. This is the worst. I’ll never order again and I’ll never recommend them again I used to recommend to all my neighbors. It’s sad. I would’ve turned the order back in, but I was so hungry and I can’t afford to throw food away. I’m on a fixed budget. They need to take some cooking classes if they plan on staying...

Came in as a DoorDash driver to pick up an order. It was not busy. I'm waiting on the front counter to get attendandant. I can see the only worker is very frustrated for some reason. So I give him time, 15 minutes goes by, and I still haven't gotten helped. Finally, he says something to me, and it's "standing there is not going to do anything for you." I told him if i were a coustmer waiting to be attended, you would have left me standing for 15 minutes. And he knew he was wrong because all he told me after was not to come back 🤦‍♂️😂.

The food looks bomb. But what's the point if he's going to use you as a punching bag.

I gave him my patience at first. Did not deserve to be treated like that.
