Went online and ordered two grand slams and didn't get what I paid for then they charge me $500 for 4 pancakes it's my bill was only supposed to be 1828 end up being $ 26.00 for two grand slams carryout only did two orders by the internet and both times they got my order wrong the kid that help me out it was you just started and it wasn't his fault it was the woman that answer the phone when I gave her my order I don't really know how much a grand slam cost but two of them for $26 and no drinks so I had to sit there and wait for them to make pancakes cuz they got the order wrong then by that time I got home my eggs were frozen it's cold hash browns with cold still got them only thing I can eat was the pancakes there were the only things warm by the time I got home set me at a table and why my food was getting cold to 10 minutes for 4 pancakes. And I'm not one to complain I just take it and go last time I ordered biscuits and gravy and ordered extra gravy get home didn't have no gravy for one for my woman's mine had gravy and I didn't get no accident I only got one gravy for two orders of biscuits and gravy then when I called and told him what has happened they said oh woah woah make up for the next order I get down there and say good makeup for said no we don't have nothing on record that's before I found out that they messed up my order then when they messed up my order they did compensate or go reheat my food or anything and charge me more money I just need to find out how much 2 Grand Slams cost I have the receipts I have both receipts that they charge me this morning you can see how long I waited they gave me 2 syrups then ask for extra syrup they said it was in the bag once again I took the word on it never wrong again it's a little short woman that didn't want to help I don't know if they record their calls but for quality assurance but they should start doing it so they can see how they get people orders wrong when I go in and eat and sit and eat to get a raw I ordered online or over the phone they get it wrong need to hire me so I can get orders right and save time and money I used to manage Kentucky Fried Chicken your policy the customer is always right but when I was on watch didn't ever have that kind of problem cuz everything is always right just need to tighten up your ship it's a business make people happy they come back there's an IHOP cross the street might be a little bit more but they...
Read moreWe went late at night after watch John Wick 4. Friday night around 11pm.. oh man.. should have just went somewhere else like my husband wanted... First, the server was nice. Got our drinks quickly and was polite and got our orders. From there it went down like a hot air balloon on fire! Husband asked for a plain bacon double cheeseburger with lettuce. They brought him out a single patty cheese burger with all the sauces on it. My moon over hammy omelet came out cold, like seriously had sliced cheese in it that wasn't melted, and the cook was making my hollandaise sauce and "should be out with the remade sandwich".. the sandwich came out and still no hollandaise. While I waited I thought I'd eat my GF English Muffin and it was OVER TOASTED AND COLD! I haven't touched my main food since it's already cold, thinking warm hollandaise may warm it up, well he finally brings it out 10 mins PAST the remade hamburger AND ITS COLD! Then I start to eat it and it's HORRIBLE! I hadn't eaten all day and was shaking otherwise I would have made the guy remake ALL OF IT! As I'm eating it tastes as he added vinegar to the hollandaise (there isn't any in the recipe if made by hand) SUPER peppery, and I literally had to ask the waiter to throw my food in the microwave because it was ALL cold! Read moreVery bad experience. We went to Denny’s last Sunday. We got a table that was facing the sun no problem. Then one of the people from the other table asked if they could turn on the misters. Our food and table got soaked. We kept asking them if they could turn them off and they said no because that one Customer requested them to be on. Our waiter never came back to check if we needed anything else. Once we wanted to pay they said you can’t go inside you have to pay outside. They took about 10 minutes to get us our check. So we had to go inside and pay. I told the manager about the misters and waiter and she told me that they couldn’t turn them off because another person had asked for them to be on, and she just said she was sorry our waiter never came back. She gave sus attitude and then Jasmine one of the other waitresses decided to argue with us. They are very rude and unprofessional. When we asked them about the other waiters from before the manager said well they got fired. All the waitresses were just sitting at the counter talking to each other and using their phones. I think they need a better staff and they should take in consideration all their customers...
