Frankly, the best thing I can say about this place is don't order from here. Moreover, if you ignore this advice, I strongly suggest you do not order with a credit card and pay cash. I am not sure who the franchise owner of this place is but, the staff there are all absolute thieves and criminals. I ordered from this place a few nights ago and after being told that my order would take 45 minutes to be delivered it finally showed up two and a half hours later. I called a couple of times to get an update on what happened to my order and each time the person on the other end of the phone started yelling at me and making accusations. To add insult to injury, when the driver did finally show up he was totally unapologetic and smelled of marijuana. Obviously, after a terrible experience like this I had no intention of tipping these people. To that end, I checked my credit card statement the next day and they put an extra $5.72 on my charge without my permission. I called the restaurant when I discovered the charge and once again receive the runaround. They would not let me speak to a manager and I wound up speaking to another individual that offered to send the driver out with my money and to replace my order from the previous night. This would have been the end of it but, that driver never showed up. Once again, I called the restaurant and wound up speaking to someone else who refused to send a driver out with my money. I wound up calling my credit union and filing a fraud charge. At the end of all this, I did finally get my money back. Unfortunately, I'm fairly sure that the staff here has a little bit of an under-the-table criminal Enterprise with these subtle fraud charges.    Read moreIf I could give a lower rating I would. My husband and I ordered at 9pm about $50 worth of food and tipped expecting it to arrive 45 to 60 minutes. A normal wait time for a Monday night with everything going on. The tracker claims 50min later that it has arrived, but it had not. Upon calling the restaurant the person responded by claiming that the tracker automatically states its been delivered after a certain wait time (So the tracker makes it seem like they have a good delivery record when they dont). The person on the phone stated the food was on its way. So again we waited. At 10:25pm I receive a call from the restaurant claiming that it will be an additional 10-15 minutes before our food arrives. At this point I havent eaten anything for over five hours my blood sugar is low and I am livid. I dont like to get angry and purposefully dont curse while Im on the phone with the same person whose been feeding my lies this entiar time. I asked if the pizza would even be warm at this point (10:45pm) he claimed it would be and that it was on its way. Then he asks me what I wanted him to do(I almost told him to do his job) but instead I told him if it didnt arrive in five minutes they could remake my food and I would drive the 5 minutes it takes to get there and pick it up myself. The food arrives at 10:55pm. The pizza is lukewarm, the chicken is cold, and they gave us the wrong order of chicken. We ordered classic hot buffalo wings and got some cheesy tangy boneless nonsense. I called back and they refused to pick up the phone. WORST experience I have ever had ordering takeout.    Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I was at work, ordered one pizza and bread sticks for my kids, and it never came. When I checked on it, an hour later after my kids asked me about food, they cancelled it and never told me. Said they would re-deliver, never did. I called back and was sweet as pie to them, they kept me on hold over 30mins. ( I'm at work by the way). I finally called back, and asked for a manager, nobody came to the phone (no surprise). Then I called back again, just asked for a refund and told them how disappointed I was my kids never ate because of them and the lady just hangs up on me. I don't know what's happening with these new low standards on service we just have to work around people's poor attitudes, but as an employer myself, I was highly recommend they check out their staff. This was 8/10 8-10pm. Everyone was so unhelpful, I'm working one handed at work being on hold with nobody that cares, and my kids went hungry!
